The holiday we booked was cancelled but after a phone call we rebooked the same holiday on a different date The person was very helpful and changed all the paperwork while on the phone

Shearings did not want me to lose any money I paid towards a holiday to Italy So they were able to move my money over to another holiday to Spain in Aug 2026 After taking a cancellation fee the rest of my money went to the Spain holiday They were very helpful and I can t thank them enough for their professionalism So I will be using shearings for all my holidays from 2026 Fantastic

We come to the Gt Western in Oban each year and what makes is the helpful and pleasant staff Nothing is too difficult for them add this to good food and excellent entertainment at night All in all always a great holiday

We have just come back from a coach tour in Weston Super Mare our driver Robin was brilliant he was so helpful and informative he was so patient with the older folk and explained everything in detail wish we could have him drive us everytime Booking through Shearings is so easy and the choice is wide and varied and caters for so many people Our holiday this time had its challenges but that is another matter Shearings have been informed about Must be good as we have booked for next year Thanks to Shearings for everything
