My claim for an item that broke in shipping was filed April 10 and paid on April 11th The claims process is simple and hassle free for me the seller as well as for the buyer I love Shipsaver and have been a customer for many years without any complaints

I have never had a problem with shipsurance We mail about 400 packages a month which I always insure and have tracking on EVERY claim I have filed was taken care of within 2 weeks time or shorter The claims were paid without a hassle
