I found this company extremely well organized and everyone I dealt with knew what they were doing Each step of the process was clearly communicated People were easy to reach and both knowledgeable and helpful Things arrived in excellent shape and on time Driver was very helpful It is rare to find a company where everyone knows their job so well and is so easy to deal with We shipped items from Washington DC to California as well as Maine and Virginia Top notch

SUPER IMPRESSED

A trusted moving company recommended me to Ship Smart for my moving services from Houston TX to Phoenix AZ They picked up all of my things from Houston and packed it on 2 pallets according to the weight of each box They built a crate around the boxes and wrapped it a bunch of times with padding and extra security We had a 65 in TV and a 50 in TV and about 30 boxes NOT ONE THING WAS BROKEN OR DAMAGED Me and my wife are soooo impressed with everything They answered every question as I was super nervous getting my whole life shipped from one state to another I recommend Ship Smart to anyone I know 10 out of 10

I ve had 5 star service every step of the way with Shipsmart My quote for 14 box and a china cabinet was sent ASAP After a few adjustments regarding box dimensions I asked for a new quote and received it in less than 20 min It was about 400 cheaper than the other long distance movers in the Houston area I was ecstatic about the price Shipsmart coordinates everything we had Pack n Send movers pick up my belongings in Houston take it to a warehouse where everything was palleted and wrapped my quote was spot on and did not change from the estimate I was given and then Orbit Moving made the final delivery to my apartment in Orlando Everything arrived just the way I packed it I couldn t be happier

Shipping 1 000 Miles Away

Several years ago my mother used Ship Smart to ship me a dining room table and sideboard The pieces arrived and were packed incredibly well as if they were being sent by a museum So when my mother passed away and I needed to ship more of her furniture a thousand miles away I knew to call Ship Smart I cannot even begin to tell you how great the communication was - they answered calls emails and kept me posted on my shipment When the furniture arrived it was packed expertly and every item was in impeccable condition Ship Smart also followed up to make sure every item had arrived At a time when I was so incredibly upset over the loss of my mother the employees at Ship Smart were courteous and professional My mind was totally at ease knowing her belongings were in good hands

Ship Smart helped me with my last minute coast to coast move They were extremely flexible on the phone via email and the team was willing to help at all steps They walked me through the insurance and planning and were honest with their weight and price quotation All their costs and fees were transparent from beginning to end and I ended up paying the exact price of my initial quotation insurance My move was coast to coast and with nearly 40 heavy boxes they arrived with everything accounted for Even my TV didn t suffer any damage during the long coast to coast journey If you have a small-medium sized move I would definitely recommend Ship Smart for your moving needs

Excellent serviceI shipped two family tables to my nephew in Chicago The men arrived at my house a few minutes before the scheduled time went upstairs and collected the tables and left all within 5 minutes Ship Smart arranged delivery with my nephew and the tables were delivered in good condition I was kept informed throughout the process and am very satisfied
