Amazing customer service in Newquay

I was on holiday in Newquay and saw a lovely pearl ring on the website I went into the shop on the day before we were going home but it wasn t in stock The lovely lady offered to order it for me to be sent to my home she measured as I didn t know my size and I was also given the choice of free gifts My ring arrived today in a lovely box and my free silver bracelet in a lovely little velvet pouch together with a little handwritten card by Jackie I adore my ring and bracelet and cannot praise the staff and shop in Newquay highly enough Feeling happy and valued

Excellent service from ease of ordering to fast delivery I have been delighted with the many items I have bought - both for myself and as gifts The designs are special and different to other offerings and the quality is extremely good

I ordered on 26th July and took delivery of my order on 2nd August so was very pleased with the quick delivery The envelope packaging was ripped on the corner so was bit concerned that some of my order may have fallen out but thankfully all my order was intact I am so pleased with everything I received None of the contents were damaged and all very well packaged I ordered for Christmas presents so will have to wait for the recipient s opinion of them but I love everything I chose particularly the crystal elephants Thank you for your service and the voucher off my next order I will certainly be considering buying again

Expert speedy repair

I sent a bracelet for replacement of a broken stone I was very quickly telephoned to advise it had been received safely I was informed it could he a couple of weeks but in fact the bracelet was expertly repaired and back with me in two days Very happy with Shipton s service and the friendly staff in Birmingham Our family frequently purchase jewellery from Shiptons and have never been disappointed

Lovely rings

The two rings I ordered came surprisingly quickly beautifully packed They fitted perfectly to the size I requested I was thrilled with the turquoise and blue topaz ring I keep turning my hand to admire it the ring not the hand I am slightly less delighted with the citrine ring although I will keep it It s not quite the glowing yellow I expected and the setting is a bit more fussy than I thought it would be However a very nice ring which I shall enjoy wearing Back to the turquoise BRAVO

I like the fact that Shipton caters for many tastes and has a wide price range I bought some lovely enamelled earrings which were beautifully crafted and carefully made and which I will treasure They are unique to Shipton which makes them particularly special I had no problems with delivery
