I ve now made two purchases from Shining diamonds and on both occasions dealt with Clarice I was so impressed with Clarice the first time around I made sure she also dealt with my second purchase I found her friendly extremely helpful and professional On both purchases she went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I wanted Nothing was too much trouble and her customer service is excellent I will definitely be returning to Shining diamonds and highly recommend

Great service from Chloe at the Brighton branch With many different jewellery stores in the Brighton Laines I enquired initially here after seeing them online and the option to build an engagement ring Chloe took me through the options available both in store and online with no pressure and collected a few weeks later Recommended

Shining diamonds has a great collection of rings and I really like the option of choosing your own diamond from an extensive catalogue They offer great service and everything happens very fast I ordered a white gold engagement ring which eventually had to be changed to yellow gold- they made this a hassle-free process for me The Store Manager Clarice is very helpful and always prompt with her replies Highly recommend to every couple who wants to make the next step in their relationship and needs a beautiful ring for this
