We buy my son s school sneakers there every year and my husband gets his work shoes there We have always had good experiences at their Blasdell NY location and their website

this has been the worst experience of my 26 years of living I have never encountered a place that charges you then takes another 156 dollars days later then taken 20 MORE dollars later I would give no stars if possible I wish i would have read reviews before my order

Worst place to order shoes from literally all month I ve ordered shoes and they cancel it the next day with no explanation I m Literally shopping somewhere else because they obviously don t want my business It s frustrating And they are the only ones with the shoes I m wanting for my daughter I gave up trying with them

Shoe Carnival s return policy

Shoe Carnival s return policy is awful The shoes I bought caused a very painful blister on my ankle Because I wore them one time the company refused to let me return them for a refund I purchased them on line and the receipt in the box says If you are not delighted with your purchase for any reason we offer returns and exchanges However they refuse to let me return them even though they caused injury to my ankle I will never shop at Shoe Carnival again and I urge anyone who does to beware

I ordered shoes from their website and kept choosing my choice of color I checkout thinking it s still the color I choose I get and email saying thanks for choosing your shoes in NAVY I emailed customer service 5 times and I got a reply 4 days later with a mocking tone saying unfortunately we can t change your shoe color because we ship immediately BS I didn t get my shoes till nearly a week later Won t shop online or go back to any SHOE CARNIVAL

Customer service is horrible waited on hold for 58 min Someone Answered Hello and I asked her if this was shoe carnival and if she just woke up she hung up on me Shoe carnival sent me the wrong color shoes I called to replace them they refunded my money minus my shipping fee of six dollars as a return again I called waited on the line for 80 minutes for Customer Service and got no satisfaction Buy you shoes anywhere else Perfect name for a company that has a bunch of clowns working for them

Ordered two pair of Lugz clipper

Ordered two pair of Lugz clipper slip-on s and my order showed completed but never received the product This used to be my Go-To store for shoes but not anymore Cannot seem to get anyone from the store to explain why they never shipped the product
