I have read a lot of bad reviews but I don t use it to pay for orders It s a great app just for tracking your orders found it very good

After reading several negative reviews about the shop I began to feel concerned Many people claimed that it was an untrustworthy source and complained about undelivered packages However despite the possibility of packages not arriving I found the shop to be an excellent tool for tracking all my shipments and their whereabouts I appreciate how the app can track packages even those not directly from the shop s website simply by using the provided email In all honesty my personal experience with this app has been great The prices are reasonable and affordable although the delivery is not particularly fast Nevertheless the packages eventually arrive even if it takes some time Aside from the slow delivery and one order that didn t come in at all after waiting for a week and a half I haven t encountered any major issues with the service I still have confidence that they will come through Overall it s a pretty good app but I wouldn t rely on it solely for shopping Instead I consider it an excellent tool primarily for tracking packages

To be honest i thought the clothes were not going to come but they did and only one day late am satisfied i haven t tried them out yet but they look good

I ve been using the Shop app for about a year now and it s proven invaluable when purchasing multiple items online as it helps me track each one - all in one place Really handy if you have multiple addresses or are coordinating lots of presents for a birthday It makes recommendations for purchasing from other outlets but it s always worth double checking them on Trustpilot before going ahead with any purchase Unfortunately it doesn t have a great integration with Etsy meaning Etsy orders are never updated with tracking information and there doesn t seem to be a way to manually merge the delivery entry with the original Etsy order It s also quite difficult to see where to contact someone if you have an issue Frustratingly they seem to only offer FAQs and there s no real support email chat function So while this can be incredibly handy in certain circumstances it can also be frustrating if you need to speak to a human I ll continue using it because it s a great one stop shop for tracking items and seeing recommendations for brands and shops I like But fingers crossed they improve the UX and support side of things to make it less frustrating and more human

Shop helps me track my orders at it notifies me when its here It s very helpful and automatically detects when I buy something

I am absolutely in love with this app and it s how I shop for clothing accessories almost 100 of the time and have for almost 2 years now First I want to explain what ShopApp is so that everyone understands it I have been reading these bad reviews and they obviously don t know anything about the places they are buying from ShopApp is a shopping and tracking platform by SHOPIFY Shopify is a website host for businesses who have online stores They are the platform that shop owners use to make websites and they are hosts for millions of online stores they are the largest online store host with the majority of small businesses using them to sell products online These stores already have their own sites and some big brands such as Good American Bohemian Mama Magnolia Steve Madden Fashion Nova etc use Shopify so you can shop their stores directly from shop app just like you would if you go to their website All Shopify did was make an app so that people could browse all of the stores that are hosted by Shopify Many people don t know of thousands of stores that are online and this app makes it possible to shop from them helping business owners reach more customers as well as customers find products and stores they love This is not Amazon who sells products for shops at all this is a website host that s hosts stores websites that made an app to help everyone be able to shop all of them from one platform that is all They also teamed up with a payment platform to make smaller payments possible for stores If you have a problem with an order you go to the STORES website and take it up with them For example if you buy from Fashion Nova s online website and get scammed you would contact Fashion Nova If you shop form Fashion Nova through the ShopApp and you get scammed you contact Fashion Nova Not ShopApp they have nothing to do with the stores individual practices at all They just host their sites Every single ShopApp store has a store website so you have to contact them to resolve issues I hope that helped some people understand what this app is a little more I don t know why there are so many bad reviews I LOVE this app I use it for almost every purchase now and have for like 2 years I have seriously gotten over 100 clothing items like Free People Bed Stu By Together and many other boutique clothing brands for half the price because I search for sales and discounts You can shop sale items in your specific sizes and shop thousands of boutiques at once It s amazing I literally bought a 100lb huge 30 inch vintage Terracotta vase that was hand picked in Turkey from a store who sells Turkish rugs and vases that is all the way country from me and I received it within 5 days no problem I have never ever been scammed but I make sure the store is legit before I do it s not that hard to do Just make sure the shop has reviews or has a website with an instagram or Facebook or REAL people in the photos of products I think if you are someone who is getting scammed then you aren t doing proper research on the stores or items you are getting before hand It s just like any other shopping site that has thousands of vendors there are bound to be a few that hack the system and that s not Shopify s fault If you are looking for knockoff cheap stuff or becoming victim of buying Nike s for 10 that are too good to be true from some random store with only 10 products and no details or reviews or social media account then you obviously don t know how to spot a scam and that s on you for not doing your research first Anyway I m obsessed with this app and I m extremely happy they launched it If used in a smart way you can honestly find some amazing deals and shop thousands of items from boutiques small and large everywhere Super cool

Great app and it makes it super easy to checkout track and keep my order in check Highly recommended

The app doesn t work with every merchant or vendor but the orders I have made and used it to track it did its job

I first found out about this app during checkout on Malika Favre s online store Process was smooth from payment to tracking to delivery The next time I was on another website Luca Faloni that used Shop for it s checkout I did not have to re-enter my payment or shipping details I simply signed in and completed the order Since then I have tracked all of my third-party deliveries Amazon and so on with the Shop app I just copy my tracking ID and paste it in the app and voila I m leaving a review here because I noticed most of the other reviewers don t seem to understand how this app works Here are a few things to keep in mind 1 The Shop App is just a tool that the store owner you re ordering from uses to facilitate fast and easy checkouts It is like Shopify and in fact is literally owned by Shopify You are not ordering from Shop App I repeat you are not ordering from Shop App You are ordering from a store owner So make sure you do some research about the store you are looking to order from 2 The Shop App has no control over the fulfilment or delivery of your order It can only help you track delivery based on information provided by the shipping agent DHL UPS USPS e t c If your order is delayed or lost contact the customer service of the store you ordered from or contact the shipping agent I hope this helps somebody out there Happy shopping
