Completely useless app Many times it shows item is somewhere still in China for example and I get it delivered althought it clearly says is been at the same place for like 2 weeks Absolutely pointless untrustworthy app

I was so excited at first because I seen they had the quarantine destroyer 30 day challenge I ordered it they failed to deliver I emailed them and they replied back nicely provided me to order again with a promo code to get it free but it was not worth it because it failed to deliver again I told them I just want a refund back it has not even passed 30 days and they won t reply back over the refund this is the worst app don t even trust them if you in vaction homes

App is very hit or miss I recently tracked an order through the app and it showed that my item had been delivered in Northern Ireland It s funny because my brother received it in England

99 of the time the tracking is wrong On the rare good day the tracking is accurate but the rest the time it is completely wrong Its says my order is in other country what has the same city name as mine But when I check with the shipper the package is in my country

I ordered a butter dish template from De La Cruz through shop app because this is where it took me from fb They have their payment however it is distributed But I still have no update on my order It s been a week since I placed the order Not recommending this app or the De La Cruz I tried contacting them all they said was but from them directly Excuse me but if they agree to sell on an app they get their portion of the money they should be better help Can t get a hold of shop because they want an e-mail hook up I no longer use Out 36 dollars
