I would give shop less than 1 star if I could Using this app is the only time in my life when my package failed to deliver and was left at a UPS store 30 miles away per my request I obviously requested no such thing and it was the most unnecessary hassle Additionally they went through my email and found several orders some from months ago and linked them to my account which is creepy

SHOP is scam app that scam sites use for tracking orders Ordered from UK rugby store scam SHOP shows item as delivered by Evri it wasn t so SHOP is clearly part of the scam If you ever buy anything online that uses SHOP then instantly tell your bank to get your money back because its a scam

Ordered a product from a store inside this app called Packatee they sent my items to the incorrect address has several email exchanges then they blocked me cause I cannot find their store in Shop app anymore Price was 89 I have not received any product or my money back no more further information was given to me I have all the emails supporting my claim I will not be using Shop anymore until something is done about this This is considered theft

This is the worst online shopping experience ever Ordering anything through this app takes twice as long as any other method for the shipping and there s always a chance you will never receive your product Be careful about address updates Shop updated my street address to one that doesn t even exist Mayhem ensued If you are shopping online and get to the order page and it s Shop abort Do not buy the product It s not worth the hassle

Scam Used another online site to order something and for some reason the tracking is handled by this company Forces me to install their app and link my Google account in order to view tracking info then sends me spam to start shopping Deleted immediately what a way to force yourselves on someone

Invasive app that requires all of your personal information to track a package - I don t think so It wanted access to all of my google information for exploitation and resell I uninstalled it immediately since I doubt it would get any better I still don t know when my product is going to be delivered

Bought an item through your app and the seller sent me an empty box yes an empty box The seller is not answering my calls or responding to my mails or chats You can do nothing if the seller decides to be an idiot and rip you off By the way the package was seal but the box inside had its seal broken and was empty besides the small bit of packaging material 144 for a box and some shredded paper SHOP as been of no help at all I will never use you again unless I want to buy packagingSeller UNIT 82 Performance Parts

Completely useless app Purchased from an online vendor tried to track the package and was directed to the Shop App Cannot track anything after about 45m of entering info chatting to a robot The only thing it can do is try to sell you more things you don t need or want
