AI Review Summary Based on 124 reviews

Customers report that KyBoot shoes provide significant pain relief for foot, knee, hip, and back issues, often describing a comfortable "walking on air" sensation. Many users find the shoes durable and effective for conditions like plantar fasciitis, though some note durability issues with soles and uppers over time. Complaints center on expensive pricing, sizing challenges, restrictive return policies, and poor customer service responsiveness. The shoes are frequently praised for reducing impact and stabilizing joints, but some users find them heavy, stiff, or not stylish. Several reviews mention difficulty with exchanges and long shipping or refund delays.

I had my Kybun for 3 years but I hardly

I had my Kybun for 3 years but I hardly wear it only some days in winter and out of the country I live in Taiwan Kybun Suede Sneaker is too hot for regular days here The problem with their shoes is their midsole outersole cracks easily and there is no repair for that Buyers Beware

Wet Feet

Note I am a UK customer I bought a pair of jungfrau 17 walking boots about four years back at just under 300 hoping they d help me keep active with my post traumatic ankle arthritis Disappointingly my ankle was too painful so I couldn t wear them for the first couple of years Then I had ankle replacement surgery and discovered I could wear them - wonderful shock absorption and support Sadly in approximately 15 months the rubber around them cracked in a couple of places and I started getting wet feet I complained but was told the guarantee had run out - of course I d had them for much longer than I d used them Now I have two bike puncture repair patches on them and continue wearing them though they look a little eccentric For the cost this is not good and sadly I m now looking for another type of better quality boot with the equivalent shock absorption

Great soles terrible uppers

I bought a pair of women s hiking Kybun shoes I love the soles - they perform as advertised However the uppers are terrible Toe box is too narrow and causes pinky toe blisters and I don t have exceptionally wide large feet or thick socks The ankle rim is stiff and bulky and hurts my ankles - hasn t broken in even over several hikes I ordered a half-size larger than my usual size and the shoes feel short and cramped So I love the soles but the badly constructed uppers make these shoes unusable for me

Two year longevity

You need to read the website carefully as they estimate a two year life span for these shoes I ve had them longer however have worn them little but the soles have separated from the shoes on both sides the first warning was my feet getting a little damp but in a short time both sides have completely detached at the front Very disappointing for a very expensive shoe that I have not worn all that much and looking at the construction I think this is a fault that would be repeated as the sole seems just to be glued onto the shoe and with the compression of the sole when walking it would appear to be a weak point in the design There are better rocker shoes out there
