The shoes were very nice but for 400 00 nice doesnt cut it they need to be alot better than nice and the truth is they are not their somewhat comfortable but so are my 100 00 loafers would not buy them again at this price they just are not worth it and thats the honest truth

It took 2 weeks almost to bet the shoe amd then i read that 30 day return is from when it was shipped It doesnt leave me much time to try it out regardless i am not happy with the product at all my feet still hurt me a lot and i wish i could exchange them at least

The shoe is still a very good shoe as I have purchased my second pair Most likely still the only shoe I will ever wear I did have some issues with my second order The Lausanna in the catalog comes with blue shoe strings with the blue shoe I ve received my order this week with white shoe strings and have emailed them twice in the last week about sending a pair of blue shoe strings which to this point have gone unanswered The previous pair of shoes that I had for a year and 3 months are coming unglued where the shoe fits the sole I am told the warranty doesn t cover normal wear and tear This shoe is too good of a shoe for the company to lead you to believe your shoe comes with a two year warranty

I went for the so called hiking boots- the tread was not deep enough for British terrain especially mud much too slippery About half the depth of my trusty Scarpa s I have developed plantar fasciitis so thought I would give these a shot They were ok for comfort but unsuitable otherwise Additionally I think they really ought to tell you on the website how expensive a return will be from the UK Not in small print but clearly on the front In addition the website tells you return to Germany but the return slip tells you to return to Switzerland I couldn t get an answer from customer services so plumped for Switzerland I bought two pairs for size and to send them back insured would have been 87 as they were so heavy I went for the 37 option which was not tracked and only insured up to 100 and risked it This was only a bit more expensive than the Germany option but obviously I didn t know and once again they don t tell you But I was stressed for 12 days until I got a notice that they had processed the refund 37 to try on two pairs of boots is too steep

Customer Service is awfull I place a order on Wednesday there policy is to ship same day or next business day They didn t ship until Monday I called the number but they are just a call center with no information on the product They cant even help you with finding the right shoe i was suppose to get a call back when i wanted to speak to someone about the different shoes since the people at the call center don t have a clue But NO one called me So i took a chance and bought what I thought would fit Bottom line is for 400 I expect 5 star customer service I didn t even get 1 star at that I also didn t select the free shipping choice either paid 5

It took the shoes over a week to arrive and they were too small so I asked for a replacement to be sent quickly so I could have them for a trip but it is going to take over another week to receive them Difficult to return exchange versus competing online shoe companies

The shoes arived on time but this pair was not what i expected they do feel like yoh are walking on air but the comfort is not there to tight and the back of the shoes not comfortable Had to return Also you cant try them on lije many other companies that charge that much for a shoes should have a better return policu

I bought two pairs of these shoes They are certainly comfortable but for durability I do not give them high marks After almost exactly 1 year the heels are split and right at the front the uppers are coming away from the soles

Cannot reach anyone from KyBoot My shoes do not fit I would like to exchange for a larger size but the KyBoot website is down and the only choice I m given is to get aa refund I have waited almost a year to order these shoes and now I cannot exchange for a different size and cannot talk to a human about it

So Disappointed my order got delay for more then a month they went out of stock and no one called me or emailed me to let me know I found out because I called 5 days before Christmas I called because I did not receive my order within 7-10 business days as they said after I placed my order If it wouldn t be for the good quality and comfort of the shoe I will not order from them again but my husbands loves this shoes
