I have to admit I was very afraid to order from Mango after seeing the horrid reviews But I was only ordering one item and wanted it really bad and decided to take my chances I ordered on Thursday evening and the package arrived Saturday morning No issues and good packaging I m glad I could fit the item because I was afraid if I had to return it I may have had the issues others have complained about as far as refunds But since the item fits well I cannot speak to the returns process Thus far I am very satisfied

Speedy refund for meI recently purchased a dress online which sadly didnt look right on me I was worried to return it after reading the other reviews but I had a refund notification within 3 days of posting the dress back and the money was back in my account the following day No issues at all for me

I ordered like 5-6 times from their online shop Everything was fine and fast I like their clothes they look good and their quality is okay Lately I have ordered a Leather Jacket but it did not fit me so I returned it to them for a refund They got the package on 17th february in my country s warehouse and then they forwarded it to Spain Today on 27th February I got my refund I called them 2 times and they helped me kindly
