After reading so many negative reviews about returning items I was worried I may not get a refund But I did Within one day of them receiving my returns This is Mango Outlet UK The return address is in Corby Northants UK I sent it using Royal Mail Tracked 48 service It cost me 10 91 Yikes But I had to pay extra to insure the value of items to 100 I received an email from Royal Mail that package received by the recipient The following day I got an email from Advanced Supply Chain based in Corby - they ship the products to you in the UK and then I got a confirmation email from Paypal that refund was received in my account I was so happy I think if you pay using paypal may be useful The reason for returning the items was because they did not fit too well around the arms I have purchased from Mango Outlet UK before and never had a problem with the clothes But this was the first time I made a return So I will continue to shop with them You do save alot of money from original prices I hope this review has helped you ease your mind after reading alot of bad reviews I want to say to Advanced Supply Chain thank you for processing my refund so promptly

I ve placed a few orders this year and 2 of those during the pandemic Both delivered promptly and I love the clothing - you can find some really good bargains I prefer to browse on the website rather than sifting through sale rails in store The sizing can be a bit hit and miss but unfortunately it seems that s the same with a lot of places nowadays I had to return several items from one order for a refund and the refund was processed within 7 days I also returned an item for an exchange and a few days after it had been returned I received an email to say my exchange has been dispatched I found one item had a small hole in the fabric but I didn t return it because it was so cheap and I figured they would just bin it So I will repair it and wear it I was a bit worried about returning things due to the reviews but I haven t had any issues Will continue to shop here regularly with confidence
