Please if you read any review read this one My experience with Abunda from start to finish was nothing less than fantastic I ordered an adjustable bed and mattress After placing my order and reading the confirmation I realized I had ordered the wrong size I was frantic that I wouldn t be able to change it since I signed all the agreements financing with Acima I reached out using the help area on the website left my info and let them know what happened and waited for a response I got an email the same day from Cassie who assured me not to worry and that she could cancel the order so I could reorder the correct size She cancelled it and I got the notice within an hour or so that it was cancelled I was able to immediately order the right size and was still approved through Acima for the same amount so it cleared through them as well I was relieved Cassie stayed in contact with me via email through the whole experience She kept me updated on the status of everything being approved and kept me updated on shipping right down to the day it all arrived I now have my split king adjustable Lucid beds and they are amazing They came in quicker than expected and in great shape They are comfy and work perfectly so far too I am floored with how great of an experience this has been Thank you Abunda for giving me options to get a large purchase like this and thank you so much Cassie for being an amazing help You have earned a customer for life

I ordered a Blackstone Griddle

I ordered a Blackstone Griddle first the delivery time was faster than expected I opened the box and put the griddle together thought to myself this isn t what I ordered They shipped me the wrong griddle So I emailed customer service they got back to and had me take pictures of the griddle that I was sent Yes it was the wrong item They asked for me to give them couple day to check into the matter They came back and offered me a discount if I wanted to keep the griddle and I said no I would like to sent it back for the one that I ordered Then they came back and said that they were sorry for the shipping of the wrong griddle I deserved a lot better than receiving the wrong grill from the seller Carrie is fantastic she handled my situation perfectly and she was processing me my full refund and that I can have this grill as well She also stated Nothing is more important than regaining my trust and all of them there also hope that I will allow them to welcome me back again soon I have never had a company do anything of this nature before I defiantly will be back again
