SCAM ALERT

Terrible shipping service Have been waiting 2 months after it said my sunglasses had been shipped Will not be buying anymore from here again simply because the bad service overshadows the quality of the sunglasses

SCAM ALERT placed an order after a week I asked for my tracking number this was the reply Hi there Thanks for reaching out We appreciate that you d like some clarification around the shipping details for your order We can confirm that your sunglasses have been shipped out and are on their way to you now Our email system sometimes experiences a delay but you should receive your unique Tracking ID in the next few business days Yeah if my glasses shipped and are on there way then where is my tracking number its now been 2 weeks and when I asked for the tracking number I got the same generic response

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM

SCAM This is actually hilarious All of the positive reviews say easy to navigate website thank you Yes because when I shop online for sunglasses the first thing I wish for is to have a simple to use website Next time try writing better fake reviews ALL of the negative reviews say they didn t receive their sunglasses SO glad I went to trust pilot before getting my free pair of sunglasses I haven t even bought a pair yet and can already tell THIS IS A HUGE SCAM

HORRIBLE COMPANY

Thanks to the company for Reaching out to me to review my order and then not following up It s been over a month at this point and my orders apparently still on an airplane so why not just admit you re scamming me and countless others And I don t want to hear it s COVID related because while I would buy that under different circumstances people have been complaining about your shadiness LONG before the pandemic in the Negative reviews you must ve forgotten to erase Yeah about that too Shame on me for not reading reviews before I placed my order but shame on you for being a bunch of con-artists I m just assuming at this point that I m not getting my product so enjoy my money If they show up so be it but I m not holding my breath

Awful

Absolutely horrible experience ordering from here Ordered a pair of their free promo glasses where u pay for shipping and it has now been about 3 months since I have ordered with no sight of them and no update Emailed them twice once at 7 weeks after order and then a month later both times they told me check back after 8 weeks expect delays due to COVID-19 meanwhile I have received packages from Australia in half the time When I demanded a refund they said the same thing they are not reliable at all and it is not worth it do not recommend ordering from them at all Plus their customer service takes 2-3 days to reply to emails which is much too long for any company Terrible customer service terrible amount of time to wait for a pair of glasses

Never coming in

Awful Never received my order Wasted money and time Emailed the company multiple times over the course of 3 months only for them to finally respond and tell me it was dead mail and I wouldn t receive my order Don t waste your time and money here-buy from a company that actually follows through with orders and has a shipment tracking system that works

Absolute scam

Got order confirmation for a pair of sunglasses on April 17 still waiting for delivery I have emailed and they responded saying that times are delayed due to COVID 19 The tracking number they gave me has expired I have given up hope Edit They are arranging to send another pair I guess I will wait a few more months

Absolute scam I ordered sunglasses in April and they have no arrived I ve contacted customer service several times and they just make excuses I truly hope others see this before falling victim like me

Scam as far as im concerned

It has now been over 2 months and my package still hasn t arrived Emailing to ask for an update was useless aswell because they just said it had been shipped 3 weeks ago and to wait another 8 weeks to contact them if it still hadn t arrived
