all i can say is A-MA-ZING customer service by Ali and Shady Rays i purchased a pair of sunglasses and once i saw the charge on my credit card i noticed i used the 20 coupon by mistake instead of the 50 coupon which itself is an amazing deal having zero expectations i sent an email to customer support to ask if anything could be done other companies can take days to respond if they even respond at all within TEN MINUTES i received an email showing a 35 credit followed by an email from Ali comfirming the refund so unexpected i sent a reply back to Ali thanking Shady Rays for such kickass service this is a well deserved review and Shady Rays has themselves a lifelong customer wow

I had what looked to be a defect in the polarized coating on the lenses so I filed a claim Shady Rays didn t hesitate to send me a new pair The customer service is top notch and in a world where customer service is declining it s amazing to still have a company out there where it customers matter A companies brand is only as good as the customer service I ll be a long time repeat customer

I in the past only wore von zipper electric and keanonI have been a fan and customer for over 10 years Wearing a few sunglass with sturdy frames and reliable and well made lenses And now with the snow Goggles with interchangable lenses held on with magnets Again well made with great lens quality Also to mention the customer service has always been helpful and very communicative

Great product but even better service

Initial purchase was great very quick shipping sunnies were as described comfy I was very happy with the purchase Unfortunately after around 6 months an issue developed with the coating on one of the pairs The warranty process was probably the easiest i ve ever been through within 24 hours of lodging a new pair is on the way Follow up service is the real test of a company in this case i m beyond impressed and will absolutely be purchasing any future sunnies from these guys in future

Superb Customer Service-Even On a Weekend

When placing an online order I accidentally selected a pair of sunglasses that were not what I wanted For some reason this Italian-American MALE can t see myself wearing aviator sunglasses with PINK lenses When I emailed Shady Rays with my problem and asked if they could correct my order with the sunglasses I had meant to select they emailed me back promptly confirming an updated version of my order - and on a weekend no less You can t ask for better customer service Thanks Shady Rays

I love my Classic Timber - Ocean Polarized glasses SR customer service is terrific One of my lens became damaged after 4 months of use apparently because I used soap to clean the glasses Use a microfiber cloth only They sent me a replacement pair at no charge
