No Details on Timing

I haven t been told nor can I find how long it will take for my sunglasses to arrive There is no direct way to see any specifics on the timing other than In Transit or Pickup It s extremely frustrating Not even when I ordered it was I told how long it would be to show up

Shipping took forever

Shipping took forever and was expensive The cost to ship each item was expensive and overpriced considering the sunglasses took over a month to come The website was easy to use but with the shipping cost included better options are available for much much less

Uncomfortable to wear if your not using them

It took 3 weeks to arrive the order to UK The glasses are fine however I can t see my phone screen for some reason it s not an Iphone I like to put my glasses on my head but this ones are all the time falling down and pulls some hair out as well I can t hold them on my neck either so if I walk into any place I should save them on my bag otherwise I loose them

Disappointed

I finally received my glasses after 9 weeks of waiting despite the website saying it should take 5-10 working days The tracking link they provided did not work wasn t updated and while the customer service response was quick about 2 business days they weren t very helpful I ordered the Kat sunglasses in Black and Champagne The lens of the black ones was darker than the picture so they look straight out of the matrix Both sunglasses were also smaller than anticipated so I wish they had a model for each item listed so you can see the fit rather than directing you to their Instagram page Overall while the sunglasses were fine I wouldn t recommend ordering from 5th Baldwin as summer will be over by the time you receive the glasses

i ordered their free sunglasses over a month ago and although i only had to pay for shipping and handling which was amazing i m disappointed i still have not received my sunglasses

Review of website only--glasses are wonderful No navigation outside of the new styles I was trying to re-buy a pair that I had lost and you literally can t find them from the homepage I had to go back into my e-mails find the name of the sunglasses and use google to navigate them They d probably get a lot more money out of me if they just fixed their shoddy website

It s been four weeks since I ordered I have not gotten any contacts from them May have just wasted a ton of money This website definitely does not care for their customers and probably have to give out a lot of refunds

I have been trying to get a hold of anyone for just about 2 weeks about my order I ordered from the free promo code for new sunglasses I still want my sunglasses that I paid for but for some reason somebody in customer service emailed me on March 25th a little over a week ago confirming a refund that I did not request I did NOT want a refund nor have I still received one to date over 2 weeks So I would really appreciate somebody from customer service to look at my order and to clear up this issue and for my sunglasses to be shipped out to me But I still trying to get a hold of anyone from their customer service

Free Sunglasses Deal

Saw the free sunglasses deal on instagram and decided to give it a shot It has been 2 weeks and I have not gotten any confirmation that it shipped although I did get charged I reached out via email to see if I could get a tracking number after the first week and am yet to receive a response
