One item lost another item not delivered on time Went to their warehouse to self collect but wasn t allowed seen with my eyes that some employees were sleeping tossing parcels around total mess with tonnes of parcels piled up or scattered on floor really bad bad impression considering my item is fragile and of extremely high value I swear I ll never buy from Shopee again for things that I should buy from proper stores

Shopee My is a counterfeit product hosting website and they work together with the seller as long as they make money from each purchase Bought and Ecco golf shoe and as a responsible buyer clicked the confirm receipt upon inspection that product is same a pic and no damage One walk and it leaked like crazy and confirmed at Ecco store that it is counterfeit Shopee and seller both had the same reply that there is nothing they can do seems like both are same company based on their reply

Really bad shopee service purchase two items from Shopee auto generate J T to sending stock Never receive call from J T they just drop the stocks in Guard house and just delivery a message After notice the message already missing the items could find it Said can rise a disbute between courier service J T but nothing respond since 14 Aug 2022 until today 2sept 2022 No staff can entertain your problems especially dun use the sPay later service Late a day they charge RM10 Now rather choose Lazada purchase item their own driver will call and make sure u can collect item Before they make any decision

I wish I could give a negative star I ordered a few products and more than half of them I didn t receive because of the negligence of the delivery man Shopee wasted so much of my time on emails circling back to the issue and pretending they don t understand and blaming me for their negligence The driver was too negligent to secure the package on delivery despite me calling him 8 time to secure it Now shopee just keeps on emailing and repeating the same thing without resolving my issue Horrible experience Please go for another online shopping platform

Now I ve had enough with Shopee
Now I ve had it with Shopee Last time they delivered an item for half the price and the time before that they delivered a CCTV camera that wasn t even the brand I ordered and with instructions only in Chinese which made it really hard to setup the product I ve spent so much money with them and they have been a BIG DISAPPOINTMENT and because I m ordering the items for my parent overseas it makes returning any products extremely difficult plus I feel bad for the delivery guys having to carry extra because the company is horrible This time I ordered it got even worse because they sent a product that was BROKEN and had clearly already been used Which is disgusting because it was a pair of hair clippers I M NEVER ORDERING FROM SHOPEE EVER AGAIN And Lazada is the same rubbish
