I was expecting my item delivery that
I was expecting my item delivery that was supposed on 16th January It didn t come Latest status they will re-attempt to deliver in 24-48 hours Today is 21st January obviously 48 hours has passed and I still haven t received my item Tracking number SPXSG042716415401 I ve been asking them over and over via email internet chat and facebook messenger and all they said they are sorry apologise checking with relevant team YET they can t give me actual date on when I can finally receive my item Very very bad customer service from Shopee Singapore and Logitech Official Store In the end I submitted the case to Small Claim Tribunal and expected date to attend before the Registrar of the Small Claims Tribunals will be on February 13th 2024 I encourage those who are having issue with Shopee delivery do the same They don t value our time and money and take our loyalty to them for granted

SPX is really the worst courier
I cannot help but write a 2nd bad review about SPX Previously I wrote that SPX lost my parcel As I needed the item I decided to order the same item from the same seller Afterall it wasn t the seller s fault as the parcel was lost by the courier And I thought SPX would do better It was a mistake to think that SPX or shopee would try to improve Once again my parcel was lost in transit by the courier I would have received my item on 11 1 but due to the incompetency and terrible service from SPX it s now 29 1 and I am without the item and I have to once again source for it I have wasted precious time from waiting re ordering waiting some more and writing numerous complaint emails I would have given it a NEGATIVE rating as I feel even a 1 review is too good for it

Beware ordering large ticket items
Orders fulfilled by shopee mall delayed No follow up help chat messages simply ignored I ll stick to buying cheap items and it seems a platform more suitable for sundry items stay away whe buying more expensive tech items Edit order 2202201W1B8PNW it has gotten worse Cs reps replies vary from apologetic to no fault found with no clear resolution in sight 4 days after marketed receive date

I indicated my date required for item and engaged customer service for expedited delivery Deliver attempt was made after refund request was put up
I indicated my date required for item 2 days after indicated delivery date of 10 Jan on Shopee platform and logged a case to customer service when there was a 1 day delay on 11 Jan A subsequent check was made 12 hrs later to confirm expedited delivery is arranged Due to nil delivery on 12 Jan the case was logged for refund which was cancelled twice Delivery was then logged with new instructions to leave at doorstep which wasn t applicable to this delivery due to the bulky nature I have clearly not received item despite promise by Shopee customer service agents Nick and Sophie Bringing this up further if no appropriate management of the incident

Bad shopping experience
Yes I now do agree with the negative reviews here Bought an item from a reputable seller However the app tracking status states parcel was sorted to another driver in charge of a different route on 14 December which was the delivery date After emailing their customer service numerous times a reply came from among a sea of standard replies stating above reason and mention will expedite delivery within 1-2 working days However till date on 17 December there is no delivery of the parcel despite chasers sent to them and as expected a standard reply from their customer service Zero replies Would encourage unlucky shoppers like me to lodge a police case to safeguard yourself against such bad processing policy and treatment Lesson learnt do not shop at Shopee ever

SPX is utter crap
Shopee was fine for years Pretty reliable until mid November 2023 or so Then went down the toilet due to SPX failures I ve had 7 delivery failures delays in less than a month ALL BY SPX Right now 2 new packages are stuck in limbo BOTH BY SPX SPX Shopee s own in-house delivery service is the worst of the worst I ve experienced in Singapore in past 5 years at the very least No accountability no way for customers to resolve delays or lost parcels Worst they re FORCING sellers to use SPX sellers cannot choose to avoid that crap service so now both sellers buyers are suffering Customer service is incompetent uncaring and on FB messenger downright RUDE They ve quietly removed their hotline number from Shopee app Live agent is unreachable through the app If you leave an enquiry you ll get a robotic reply with zero resolution on email Oh and sometimes they ll promise voucher compensation which wouldn t come unless you repeatedly email them for days

Item is not deliver despite the customer service usual assurance programmed template answer -Long short story-Item supposedly deliver on 9th Jan 24 status kept changed from parcel is out to delivery driver failed to deliver on time parcel has arrived at sorting facility rinse and repeat with no ending cycle Delayed and delayed and finally it led to PARCEL LOST after 14 days Not sure how they handle it though My other parcel confirm have the same fate status kept rinse repeat Customer service only repeat delivery status that is already shown on the app So its kind of pointless to ask For eg App status your parcel is out for delivery Cust svc we know that you are frustrated blah blah blah please rest assured that your parcel is out for delivery blah blah blah Other issues inquiry is still ok i guess but not really helpful for delivery issues Good job SPX

force ppl use terrible SPX
Terrible mindset and training from Shopee Forcing ppl use their own deliver the Shopee express which don t pick up deliver but keep lost damage and steal Then when seller and buyer request to change courier they lie and don t allow to change

Dysfunctional and shady company
If I could give 0 I would Shopee SG is a disorganised mess with SHADY tactics without clear metrics for sellers They seem to only incentivise dropshipping resellers from China without caring for long-term legitimate brands or local businesses Interface is a mess shady ads metrics basic functions aren t available if you are a new store Amazon and Lazada are much better platforms who actually care about brands and sustainable growth I will stop engaging with Shopee SG both as buyer and seller

Poor accountability poor customer service
Bought an iphone during 12-12 sale Status states that it was out for delivery since 19 December Until then no status update whatsoever Tried talking to live agent but they only gave robotic answers which were not useful at all Poor accountability and poor customer satisfaction By the way as of today I have not received my iphone yet SPX has already sent me a WhatsApp message to respond as to whether I ve received the order How ridiculous
