"Online process has gliches call "

Trying to place my online order and it kept making me reset my password five times I almost didnt order because I was so frustrated It also didn t say if card processed or not each time so I had to check the card The chat line was busy also and I couldn t get help It was frustrating Took me an hour to finally get the order to process

"Mixed Feelings"

I am not happy with the 2 peridot pieces that I purchased as the stones are very washed out I realize that I shouldn t have expected quality peridots for the low price that I paid I do however really like the 2 garnet pieces as the stones and settings are lovely Re your email regarding shipping when I click on the tracking number the DHL site comes up and DHL doesn t recognize the tracking number This is in fact a UPS tracking number

Awful time checking out Had to refresh relog in wait 10 min and FINALLY be allowed to pay for order Hard to isolate collar 16 necklaces chain only bracelets in search No response to specific under searches either Search refinements def needed

I m still waiting for an item ordered back in Sept Its still says waiting for pickup and they won t let me cancel the order The second payment is due soon and I m sure they will deduct that and I still won t have the item I ordered That s scrap Not sure I will order anything again from your company

I appreciate the help The girls gave me or the gentleman gave me I am legally blind and have a hard time reading a lot of things and I do make some mistakes The only thing I would ask of your company is please give her a receipt a digital receipt so I know what I m buying I asked for one on Saturday when I made a purchase I just got it today and I made a purchase yesterday also and I never got a receipt I miss a lot of things being blind

I have recently been purchasing from ShopLC for the past month My experience has been alright except for a few items sent to me that I did not order I mostly bid on the auction items Today I was bidding on an item with an Est Val of 2999 99 and with 9 minutes left in the bid the price was up to 2702 I decided to drop out of the bid I then typed the item I was looking for up and it was on the Purchase side for 729 99 Had I not looked it up I would have been paying 2 5 times more for the ring Why are they auctioning off what you can purchase cheaper The size ring was not out of stock it was only out of stock because they put it in the auction

"Train new customer service reps more better "

I have ordered satisfactorily from ShopLC even ordering items that have just gone off-screen but that night was confusing Very frustrating because I was sure my youngest sister would enjoy the gift t The first woman with whom I spoke had no idea what I wanted - she kept trying to get me to order what was currently on-screen I finally hung up because I was fairly sure another rep could help me efficiently it worked I called with another order in the next day or 2 was met w the usual excellent service Major complaint shipping handling charges should never add 50 to cost

"Big sparkly bling"

The ring arrived faster than expected which was great The stones are beautiful and sparkly as moissanite is However I ordered yellow gold and received a white gold ring I typically prefer white gold but ordered yellow gold this time because the stones are so large - I thought yellow gold would look nicer I am undecided as to whether I will keep it or not The stones are beautiful I am disappointed that I received the incorrect item especially since it was my first purchase from ShopLC I realize I could return it for the correct item but if I m going to return it I will probably return it for a refund instead of a replacement

Pillow I received was supposed to be 23 inches 1 15 inches Had it out now for 5 days and has only reached 18 inches long Width is ok this is a disappointment

I was disappointed initially as this ring was purchased as a birthday gift for my retired military daughter She was a Major and served in four wars I ordered another piece of jewelry and was able to get replacement gift Shop LC has always been efficient I have purchased for years This was my first problem I feel as if I had to prompt them several times but am happy with the result Thank you
