There are no diamonds on these earrings I could not find the paperwork to call just found it Very upset paid a lot of money and no diamonds Also pyramid earrings thar were 95 00 the post broke off I have purchased a lot from you but will not buy anything again

"Needs lots of improvement"

What went wrong first their tech website dept You see an item on their website you want it s displays a certain amount You put it in your cart When you try and complete your purchase surprise your item is hundreds of dollars more then what was displayed on their website I now take screenshots of everything because their customer service dept will not believe you So you need to prove everything Their solution is to give you a ticket number then it s takes days and days for Customer service to get back to you And if you re lucky you will not lose your item Do not forget about their codes not working Or someone else purchases your item before Customer service gets back with you I can go on expressing my disappointment in Shop lc s Customer service dept their website tech dept their Supervisors their escalation dept etc I have lost so many items because of delays or items that have broken or gemstones falling out And it is always pass their 30 days return policy They will not give at all on that 30 days You probably asking why I still purchasing from Shop lc It s only because their items are different unusual one of a kind But I think I m going to take a bit of a break from Shop lc it s time I just want to add the date I enter is about when this situation first started I was not able to enter multiple dates so I entered one Shop lc has had multiple chances to reach out I actually would like to speak to Anker but I know that will never happen

"DO NOT USE THEIR APP"

DO NOT USE THEIR APP Twice I was charged for an item that I did not order Their app is slow and glitchy if the item sells out before you place the order your account will still be charged Then you have to go round and round with their incompetent customer service reps to try to resolve the matter They do not know what they are doing or simply do not care I am currently disputing a charge from Dec 4th and they sent a tracking number for an item that was ordered delivered back in November So frustrating dealing with slow and incompetent individuals I like their jewelry but I will not order from them again

"Disappointed Awful Service"

Edit I called ShopLC back per their request They asked if I had been refunded which I had I told them yes They then said OK This is their idea of resolution I placed an order for an opal ring for my birthday I waited 2 months and finally contacted support to see when it would ship only to be told that my order was stuck and had to be canceled The ring I desperately wanted was sold out and they didn t know when or even if it would be restocked and offered no further assistance or support just assurances that I was a valued customer Despite the fact that I adore that ring and I can t find it anywhere else I will not give them another chance to disappoint me

Absolutely a garbage company Placed my order then got several calls saying I had to verify information which was the same information I gave to the previous person Finally I got told my order was good to go Well 2 weeks later I get an email saying my order has been cancelled Stay far far away from these people

I ordered for the first time a few weeks ago I was under the impression my purchase was for the double gold chains offer 2 gold chains that were being advertised on TV in front of me however I was only sent one Beautiful necklace but I expected two chains Very disappointed

The earrings ordered were delivered broken I ve written two emails to customer service about this and have not received a response from either This experience makes me feel that I can not do business with Shop LC again nor can I recommend them to any friends
