"DON T USE THE AUCTION SITE "
Not only did you screw me out of one auction item I won but you screwed me out of two I won the dollar amts on both I paid for both except the standard shipping wouldn t go through on the first one And all you can say is you ll refund but I haven t seen a full refund from both items Your auctions are rigged And the ring I recently bought the holding pins on the stone is crooked I recently noticed a black spot or a dark hole on the underside on the moonstone Plus past jewelry I bought the metal shine is starting to wear off blemish a necklace broke the first time worn Your pieces are too cheaply made when they don t look new past a year of barely worn plus kept clean And why at any amt I buy do you say my purchase only buys one meal I d hope each meal isn t that expensive Some of my purchases should ve bought a dozen meals each at least

My very first time buying online Agent asked for credit card info and when I asked how much would she charge whole price or BP she said I didn t mention I reminded her again my very first time orderingI am leaving this friday may 12 and not returning till may 23 so again i ask how will this be shipped she couldn t answer me i told her about my travels and therefore if it need to be signed for upon delivery i need to tell my neighbor who s taking care of my mails she informed me of waiting for email to let me know so my question wasn t answer and email just show me estimate date of delivery

was charged over 73 for one box containing 34 items mostly earrings and rings and over 15 for another box containing several wallets 3 rings and 1 set of sheets in shipping charges for items won on the auction site All items were packaged and shipped in two boxes Boxes weighed less than 10 lbs each If all items are packed and shipped in one box then shipping charge should be based on weight of box not be charged shipping on each item This is a rip off

I have been a customer for few years I m always satisfied with the quality I can t give you more stars because of your presentation I shop on HSN QVC HQJTV also I don t want to wait a half hour or longer for you to tell me the price I think that s silly I get tired of waiting and just change the channel

"Just received my bracelet today"
Just received my bracelet today it made my wrist itch like crazy Had to return as my wrists kept itching This is a medical bracelet it s supposed to have properties that keep radiation from you from Electronics in your house Obviously there is no way to prove that this actually works so I can t give it a very high rating Looks good and it weighs practically nothing so charging me 4 for shipping was not even ethical

"A strange phone call and request followed up by a REJECTION of my answers "
I answered a phone call this morning to prove of my shipping address which I thought was strange but complied At the end of the short conversation I asked to speak to someone about my not receiving the discount code that was advertised on google I was transferred to another line but there was no one there to complete my inquiry I tried to follow the prompts provided but it did not accept my answers

I felt as if the buck was passed The one time I have had a serious issue about a missing order I was just told to contact the shipping company I have purchased many times and I pay for the delivery service all the more reason they should contact the shipping company they chose Very dissatisfied and will probably stop purchasing from them It s not worth the possibility of this or something else not happening again and being disregarded and aggravated again Sad really I found their merchandise lovely
