"Suspicious auction bidding"

I am convinced that the auction is rigged by individuals who increase the prices so they may sell for higher or at the price point Shop LC wants it to be sold The items won do not have to be purchased and so the items just go back into rotation Also the items can end up costing more than they sell for outside of the auction Check the prices on the website before checking out

"You guys tell me what went wrong"

You guys tell me what went wrong You have Day of experience as November 4th it actually started on the 3rd however on the 4th I called to have the delivery address changed as I was going out of town I was told delivery would be 7 days as a label was already made and would have to be changed abel and order was canceled New order made From the looks of the tracking the order wasn t sent out until the 10th Emails with several different delivery dates keep coming but no order Why keep sending the emails In looking at the tracking I see it s now do for the 22nd of November That is absurd 18 days for delivery I realize it was a close out but that delivery is unacceptable especially after the rep told me 7 days Which I should of know was to good to be true

"Unacceptable"

I ordered a man s tiger s eye stainless steel ring and then I ordered a multi Gem ring later which came first I didn t understand why the Tigers eye wasn t here I ordered that one first Then I found out weeks later that the order was never placed but the money was taken out of my bank account Unacceptable I had to cancel that order that was sitting there for weeks and I placed a new order I had to expedite the New Order which cost me an extra 20 I didn t like that

"Stolen from their employees "

Vibrant color in the photo dull ugly piece not worth the shipping cost is what i received At least it wasn t stolen from the warehouse like the thousands in jewelry indicolite necklace AAA color changing garnet bracelet meteorite bracelet just to mame a few that never made it in the shipping box They said every time that things must have fallen out of the box since the single strand of cheap tape was torn but there was never room for more items in the boxes They credit back what you paid at auction not give you another one even though they have more Its alway the most expensive thing you won that you never get I told myself not to order again until they retrieve my past order information I have no idea what I have purchased in the past just invoices with very little description

I saw an item that I loved on sale I placed the item in my cart and completed the purchase Two weeks later I received a cancellation notice that my item will not ship and my account was credited Very dissatisfied that the item was available at checkout then suddenly not available when shipping was to occur Do not seem confident in the Shop LC site seems shoddy

I placed an order my money was taken and then my order sat in your processing stage for two weeks Once I reach out to inquire about my purchase it was then that I was told my order was lost in the warehouse and that the chain was no longer available that resulted in my order getting cancelled I was able to find the chain at another site and purchased it through them

The watch that I bought for my husband s birthday was a piece of crap apparently it s worth a lot of money but it s a piece of crap I m just thankful I didn t spend as much money as you say it is worth the clamp to fasten The wristband never worked from the moment it arrived and in two days the actual band broke off from the watch how sad

"I only received 2 Bracelets"

I only received 2 Bracelets yet I ordered three I am going to write a negative review on SHOPLC website because this is unacceptable I spoke with a customer service representative named Ray and he apologized and said unfortunately they didn t have another bracelet accessible to send My question is Why didn t you tell me when I first placed the order that you only had 2 But you did the improper thing and deducted over 19 dollars minus the tax from my credit card I think that falls within the definition of ail wire fraud I ask that you refund my money within the next 5 days otherwise I will contact David Yost Attorney general for the state of ohio As brazen as this wire fraud appears to be I am sure that I am not the first victim

Very disappointed when I received my package It was in a very flimsy envelope I bought two products and one of them was crushed You need to work better on your shipping procedures and how you ship things very disappointed
