"Awaiting Carrier Pickup since November 30th"
On November 28th I ordered and paid in-full for an expensive 5000 Tanzanite ring in platinum during a Christmas Doorbuster sale It has been in the Awaiting Carrier Pickup stage since November 30th I have called and phoned customer service and always reach a representative who assures me that all is well and that it is on its way I have talked on numerous occasions to DHL the carrier who assures me that they have not received my ring and that it is not on its way The customer reps promise to look into my package and to contact me with results but nothing happens Emails to customer service go unanswered Up to now I have loved ShopLC but I am going out of my mind over this

"Confused agent"
The agent could not understand the bill ing address and shipping address were different The order was plot between two addresses The agent totally messed up the order Customer service told me a credit for shipping 9 98 would be issued It has had plenty of time to show into my account It has not Over all it was a disappointing first time experience

"Update"
It took forever for my purchase to arrive I am still waiting for an additional purchase which has been held up in Mableton Ga Since 9-27 No longer excited about either purchase I called customer service last week about the delay on my second purchase I was told to wait another week Follow up I spoke to a representative again yesterday Apparently my second purchase was lost in transit which Shop LC has no control over I am being refunded for the purchase The representative was most helpful

Oct Nov 2023The worst thing really was I never got to receive the beautiful earrings I ordered After a bunch of phone calls back and forth about billing and shipping address which were the same it seemed my Apt number was left off my address and I was told I had to cancel and reorder I am not rich and that was too much of a hassle so I just cancelled Too bad so sad Wish I had those earrings tho they might not really exist Who knows I have spoken to you too many times to count I have very bad health problems and I don t have a cell phone but only a landline that I can t get to except slowly even tho I do try to get to it in time and have spoken with you many times you asking me if my shipping and billing addresses were the same The last message you left my son and myself couldn t understand one word to it was so garbled So please don t try to guilt me about not being able to get in touch with me I don t get it What is your deal I tried to get those earrings with all my heart against others better judgement The last time we spoke I cancelled my order sorrowfully and expected my payment returned now you email me chiding ME when you need to be more circumspect in your business

I was unaware of your high delivery fees and would never have orderd the buy all jewelry boxes on 10 18 23 had I known it would have cost me 25 00 in shipping costs for 39 98 in product I will think long and hard before I order anything in the future

For the second time when I placed the order I was told shipping would be within three to seven days only to be told two weeks later that the item belongs to the pre-order category and will take 15 business days to reach the warehouse Once they receive it they will ship it

Your website needs work I am tired of wondering if I order things off I m getting the discount when stated on tv if I order other items along with it It s a constant fight waiting for the items to upload on your sight and your search is horrible I don t want to sound like I don t like your products but when it takes so long to hunt for something or just browse it gets frustrating

Item took 10 days to arrive My card was charged immediately long before it shipped Customer service was not very helpful when I inquired and didn t seem to be able to understand what I was asking Tried to tell me what I ordered was a preorder but it wasn t Item was fine after it arrived but no real explanation regarding why it took so long

"My tahitian was at risk "
I received a 1800 -2300 Tahitian pearl necklace that was package so poorly that am having my jeweler review it Usually higher price items are sent dust free plastic envelopes and in wooden protective boxes I sent snapshots of how I received my tahitians and explained how appalling the packaging was No response What I received was a ticket number automated email Shop lc is ALWAYS stating how prideful and careful they are with their handling of their merchandise Sorry not true

"Your shipping takes too long"
Your shipping takes too long A week from order to shipping is too long I ordered a necklace and matching ring for my wife s birthday When I didn t hear anything about shipping I called I found out YOU DIDN T EVEN HAVE THE RING That is totally unacceptable I had to order a replacement but they I still haven t heard that it s been shipped and her birthday is the day after tomorrow I think you need to change some management
