I was trying to get a laser pointer holster and knife The first two was supposed to be for a G3C and that s what I type in there search bar Well you figure only thing for a G3C would show up no not this site Wrong holster was ordered my fault 10 minutes after the order I canceled the order No problem until they tell me that it s to take 7 to 14 days to return my money This is ridiculous It did not take them 7 to 14 days to take my money Really It should work the same both ways You take my money within minutes return my money within minutes Remember no product has shipped in the 10 minutes of ordering Sorry

I purchased a Taurus G3c recently and wanted to buy some accessories so I went to shoptaurus com and placed an order Didn t care for the holster that I purchased which was a right hand IWB holster and decided to return it for a left hand The item was returned on approximately 7 or 8 March Heard absolutely nothing other than I have proof the item was delivered to Taurus Intl MFG Inc Returns I contacted Taurus about 10 days later because all I wanted as an exchange and I tried calling That didn t work because of excessive hold times so I emailed them and still had issues Got a response that the item was received and it could take awhile for a credit I was never notified that the item was received back and in fact I was never even notified that my items had shipped until I had already received them Before buying from shoptaurus com go to Amazon com Taurus accessories are available at Amazon com and you won t have anywhere near the problems if you want to return something The holster I ordered was mfr d by another company and they re available at Amazon com or directly from the mfr

I placed an order on 11 11 2022 As of 12 5 2022 I have not received my order I requested a refund on 11 28 29 They said it would take 7-14 days Called on 12 2 for status on refund was told it s processing Called on 12 5 was told it shipped so they couldn t refund until I returned it Got the shipping and it went out 12 3 in the early afternoon AFTER asking for a refund I know they will charge me a restocking fee for their incompetence On top of it all DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE

Purchase a red dot from Shoptaurus which was defective Called then to return it They sent me the return FedEx slip and said I could expect to receive credit back to my credit card in 30 to 60 days Which is ridiculous Don t buy from them

Horrible Experience

My shipment has been all up and down the east coast for over a week now It s been to Jacksonville Fl twice now This could have been delivered a week ago These ppl use a shipper called AfterShip Worst incompetence I ve ever seen Will never buy from shoptaurus ever again

TAURUS BREAKS WHILE DRY FIRE
