Stress-free Shredding

Really pleased with the service Just ordered the sacks online and pre-paid for collection Then once I had filled the sacks with my documents for shredding I emailed them to arrange collection on a day that suited me Within 24 hours of collection I had a certificate confirming destruction of the documents Such a simple cost effective and stress-free process would definitely used them again in future

Great serviceI needed old business materials shredding - found The Hill Company online They talked me through the process and it took just a few days to get the sacks to me fill them and arrange collection So all round excellence

home user - well recommended - does what you need bags received by post then you fill the bags agree collection date when work done they follow up with a certificate will use going forward

One cannot fail to be 100 impressed with this company Whether it is patient Elisha and her friendly colleagues in the office who organised a quotation for secure shredding and booked collection or the marvellous driver Andy who appeared on time and single-handedly removed 55 bankers boxes packed with dead paperwork within an hour including having to negotiate a flight of stairs to the first floor store I now await my Shredding Certificate but I had to applaud the service I have received so far without delay Thank you so much Shredding Certificate duly received within 24 hours Again many thanks

Can t fault the service we received

Can t fault the service we received from The Shredding Company Elisha Plume Client Services Assistant was very helpful when ordering bags and arranging collection Answered emails very promptly and couldn t have been more obliging The collection driver was a credit to the company Very helpful polite and cheery Will definitely use again

Asked me for more money after paying

Never got to experience the full service so can t comment on that as after paying they emailed to ask for more and when I suggested they waive it or cancel they refused so I am stuck having paid 40 for nothing
