Very good service Drop off and collection of the bin was easily arranged Got certificate to confirm that our documents were destroyed appropriately So overall happy with the service provided

Domestic one-off shredding sacks service

Very straightforward to register and book Sacks were delivered promptly A particular advantage for me was the flexibility and convenience to be able to gradually fill the sacks at leisure and then book for collection within 3 days once ready Professional friendly and polite telephone assistance was provided by Elisha Email confirmations at each stage helped the entire process go smoothly I would recommend using this service for peace-of-mind and ease when doing an annual or house-move sort out One small niggle is that I didn t know how to use the security seals supplied with the sacks and wasted one while trying to work it out Perhaps a simple visual guide on the website or accompanying paperwork would help

Simple to use and good communication

Found the whole process easy to use Website simple to use and ordered sacks Once ready for collection it was easy to arrange Though the additional information I provided for collection weren t forwarded to the collection driver but wasn t a massive issue Will be using again in the future

Simple error prevented 5 stars

Very easy process with quick delivery of destruction sacks and quick pick up once requested Only gave 4 stars as the destruction certificate had the wrong sack seal numbers A simple mistake but one that could have serious consequences The error was however quickly rectified

The collection was quite a bit later

The collection was quite a bit later than we had been told Probably scheduling needs to be improved - we don t in any way blame the driver who clearly had worked very hard to get to us by early evening The service in all other respects was outstanding All staff were polite and helpful and the collection and shredding were conducted in an efficient and timely manner Costs were also very reasonable We are recommending this service to all our friends

Don t Hesitate - a Great Service

I am planning to move house after twenty years I had a lot of personal admin work related admin that needed shredding The large sacks were delivered by post to my home and I was able to organise a convenient day for collection I phoned the company and even got a 2-3 hour collection time slot so I could plan my day All went really well and I received a destruction certificate by email soon afterwards This is a service you can trust I had too much material to shred using a home shredder so this was a great option for me Thanks

Easy ordering of a confidential wheelie bin Delivered quickly Nice clean bin We managed to get all our confidential waste sorted quickly and requested an earlier collection which was no problem The very professional collection team were polite friendly A certificate of destruction was issued the next day A really great service

Efficient and easy

Very easy to order I needed to dispose of several years worth of business papers following my retirement The bags are a good size - I ordered 6 Prompt collection of the bags for disposal - I contacted the company on Friday and received a quick reply confirming collection the following Monday The guy collecting was very friendly Very efficient service throughout I will use them again

The Shredding Company offers an excellent service The bags are delivered You fill them up You ask TSC to collect They collect within a few days They track the bags through the shredding process via unique codes They send you a certificate of destruction It is very streamlined and effective
