Going into the shop felt a little off at first The reason for going in was to try and find a plain black shoe for my daughter as the school doesn t allow even a buckled shoe Anyway as the wife and daughter were looking around the shop which at this point was only us in it I did feel like I was being watched I seen the foot scanner which was free to use and asked if I could give it a go as I like playing with new tech I think the idea of this shop is for people who have foot problems which I didn t twig onto Anyway I am young so you wouldn t expect foot problems I do get knee pain but took it from an injury from a previous job The ladies that were tending to me chilled abit and managed to get abit of banter going Right foot was fine and shockingly my left foot is not to good The ladies looked after me Spoke with the specialist and got me some custom insoles While running without the insoles I noticed the problem that was pointed out Insoles hurt which is normal as I m supporting my foot now so I can walk without further damaging myself I highly suggest going in the technology seems fantastic and the staff where really helpful and supportive Thank you to all the staff on the day

I alway used your shoes in Salisbury
I alway used your shoes in Salisbury when we lived there 7yrs ago I don t like using IT much and I don t like shopping using IT I knew what your shoe sizes were like for me and I took a chance it would be ok I want to buy some shoes for the winter

Well done Steph in Chichester
I took my 82 year old mother in law to the store in Chichester on 20th May She is a very complex customer in many ways We were in the shop for nearly 2 hours trying to get the shoes and slippers she needed Steph the young woman who served us could not have been kinder or more patient with mum She engaged with mum very well She listened to my input and acted on it She was friendly and courteous throughout the whole visit I even ended up buying 2 pairs of shoes for me Well done Steph We will be back to see you

Keeping Feet Comfy
