Very disappointed with the company Two cleaners Mark and Marie were unprofessional They were supposed to provide an end of the tenancy cleaning and it was a disaster from start to finish Instead of cleaning Mark was moving furniture the whole time He moved our VERY heavy not supposed to be moved marble table and made a big scratch on the parker floor He almost broke the table itself as well Kitchen cupboards were half cleaned half of them were forgotten All in all terrible job my husband and I had to clean for 3 extra hours after the cleaners left Even though we were provided a partial refund it was a terrible experience I highly recommend using a different company

What an experience I bet that all positive reviews were bought as it is not even verified Booked end of tenancy cleaning with some extras On the day I already found it quite surprising that they finished way earlier In the end skirts radiators walls everything just untouched Places where furniture like sofa was staying also not cleaned I have tried to clean it myself as I needed to hand in the keys on next day When I arrived on next day I saw more Bathroom shower cabin is left not cleaned Marks everywhere Just crazy I had to spend so much of time extra money on cleaning materials extra cost for nanny to stay with my kid so I could finish the job of this company Offering me free re clean where I have already handed the keys to the property manager and they had entire day to double check everything The videos of the property I received from this company was hilarious the cleaners were shutting the door with so much power like they hate their job I don t think it is appropriate to treat someone else belonging with such neglect Trying to get a proper refund from them costed me a good evening I m sorry I m not going to accept 40 refund for a cleaning that in end costed me more Still waiting for my check out report If I am charged I will be taking it to FO Never get tricked by only 5star reviews as it can be fake It was a good lesson to me

I found this company to be unreliable I hired them for cleaning services for my flat but the experience was disappointing They sent someone who was constantly on the phone during the job and left the flat in an unsatisfactory state Additionally their calls seem to originate from Asia possibly Pakistan and the address listed on their website appears to be incorrect
