First and LAST time flying Silver
This is my first time flying Silver Airways and they are nearly 3 hours late Received ZERO notifications and when you search flight it stated it s on time still as I m sat here being told by staff that can rely on their own app First time Last time I could ve driven from West Palm Beach to Tampa on the time I m parked checked baggage and got to gate Literally could ve driven

Shouldn t airlines like this be shutdown immediately
Why on earth is a reputable airline like United Airlines code sharing with this garbage of an airline Clearly the CEO doesnt care and quite frankly should be criminally held accountable The safety concerns the rudeness of the staff the excessively long delays 5 hours or more and canceled flights at the passengers expense for alternate accommodations The list goes on and on In addition this airline will soon be removed from MCO airport for failure to pay airport fees by airport officials and this is a fact The FAA seriously needs to have the airline shut down permanently the executives heavily fined and all airlines code sharing with this irresponsible airline fined as well for letting this atrocity linger on for so long

Silver Airways is a poor excuse for an airline
Honesty is the best policy They don t answer the phone 45 minutes each call on hold and never answered the line Not good customer service in my opinion Cancelled our flight with no alternatives As a matter of fact they cancelled two days worth of flights coming and going This was my first time and my last time with Silver Airways I will be sure to tell everyone I know what an unprofessional company they are How might they improve ANSWER THE PHONE for one don t leave people stranded without options for another

Do not fly Silver Airways at all costs United airlines should be embarrassed to partner with them My experience over several flights 10 has been 100 of the flights have been delayed by a minimum of 5-6 hours 35 will be cancelled - if they can t fill the cattle car they won t fly just leave travelers stranded Since there is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE the website is a scam there is no where to turn when they leave you hanging and if you booked them thinking it was a United Airlines flight - you ll hear that they are not responsible as it s a separate airline This is one of the areas that government should get involved in shutting down scam operations like Silver Airways

I m a pilot and I fly all the time
I m a pilot and I fly all the time I thought I have seen it all but Silver is in a category of its own No communication to a flight that is delayed for 30 min past the already 1 hour delay then they tell us that we are waiting on the pilots but no clue how long we will wait My flight arrived 2 5 hours late then we sat for 25 min on the ramp waiting for a spot breathing in exhaust fumes the whole timePlease never fly Silver Airways Get a cheap charter flight if you need to

AVOID AT ALL COST
Yep like everyone else s review so far AVOID at ALL COST There are other options They delayed our flight by 3 hours the flight was already delayed then the pilot flew into BVI airport the wrong way and was stuck and couldn t get out It was almost funny watching these men MANUALLY pushed the aircraft backwards so it could turn Anyway we missed our connection to Punta Cana Had a resort booked for the family which cost approx 1500 USD per night No refund No compensation Nothing So let s all help do the community a favour If we all stop booking with this airline eventually it will have to stop flying

SILVER AIR - TERRIBLE
Had our flight cancelled last minute by Silver Air due to the flight not being full we were told Our 2 30 pm flight was cancelled about 8 30 pm 6 8 24 All day at the airport in Abaco Bahama Missed our connecting flight in Ft Lauderdale We were lied to by the gate agent regarding Silver agreeing to gladly reimburse us for our expenses until we flew out tomorrow After incurring Hotel meal and Taxi costs in excess of 800 for 1 night in the Bahama it isn t cheap 4 months later have not even heard a word from Silver Air Folks you might as well anticipate Silver Air doing this to you I ve flown them once before and they did this to me family then too and pay a little more to an airline like DELTA or Bahama Air that is much more dependable and trustworthy and at least they have people who can will talk with you Silver is TERRIBLE Nobody to talk with only email that s never responded too when you ask a question PLEASE pay a little more to fly in out ONTIME and to guarantee that you will not miss your connecting flight or car rental SILVER SUCKS

Lost bag on Jan 16
Lost bag on Jan 16 2022 followed all stated processes can not get ahold of this company via phone or email phone hold times 8 hours when spoke to a rep they state nothing then can update and 60 days to resolve today is May 2 still unresolved tried every manner I could find no updates and very bad experence

Worst Airlines in existence
Worst Airlines in existence Did you know they average almost a 4hr delay Every employee aside from their pilots are rude and incompetent They don t even announce delays the gate agents just sit there and scroll facebook then get mad when you ask what the issue was Each time you ask they usually lie and make up some BS Please just avoid at all costs It takes a lot for me to write a bad review but this airlines is really THAT BAD Also small plane loud plane and uncomfortable Spend the extra 100 fly someone else

Bad business
Missed plane due to connecting flight being late from extreme weather staff were rude and not helpful in the slightest next flight was 24hours later and then was canceled without any communication to passengers- no vouchers offered for motel or food or rides to motels
