Ordered code for LG handset yesterday Estimate was 3 hours 21 mins or up to 24 hours on the website 23 hours in so far Still no code yet But they replied within an hour to my email saying it should be complete today A little more info on when i will get my code would be nice Will update to 4 star if it comes today and actually works

Two fold opinion and experience

I used their service to unlock my SE T68i and it worked perfectly However customer service leaves a lot to be desired very unresponsive I have asked numerous times for my Nokia 6510 and unlocking it However CS just does not reply anymore after an email or two they even asked me where I got my IMEI after I told them that IMEI on their web shows me incorrect model some samsung they went silent after that and do not reply on my followups very strange behavior towards a returning customer I wouldn t say avoid them but be aware if something goes wrong you might be in quite a wait or just general ignore by the CS

Although there are a lot of bad reviews these guys actually did deliver a code which unlocked my phone Although they said 2 to 5 days I had to wait around 7 8 days Still decent price and quick enough Seems to be alot of bad reviews so be careful

Sim unlock is a bit pricey for an iphone 5S which is an old model already so didn t do the unlock yet I am reluctant at first in using this but the service is real reliable and really fast I was able to get tge details of my phone through this Thanks
