Great service honestly and really easy thanks for the service

Very quick at getting the code but unfortunately the code did not work

They were fast and efficient but failed to unlock my old Nokia phone even though I followed instructions to the book

Ordered a unlock code last week on Friday as it says that they generate LG unlock codes in 3 hours 21 minutes based on the last 50 orders It mentions that I need to contact them if nothing arrives within 48 hours Well Today is the 6th day and i ve had NO code I emailed them 2 days ago and received ZERO response The reviews must either be FAKED or they only unlock very old phones which are easy to unlock anywhere anyway Today I was able to unlock my phone with the network provider EE for 8 99GBP immediately over the phone as today made it 6 months old the minimum term allowed before it can be unlocked So now I don t need their service I have opened a paypal dispute and if I get that refund back promptly I will remove this review to 3 stars In the mean time be cautious EDIT I have been refunded after 1 day of opening a paypal case They left a message stating that they cannot unlock my phone which suggests to me they only really unlock old phones and not phones 1 or 2 years old Communication needs to be better from this company

I ordered for an unlock code for an LG phone They claim the average waiting time is 3hours 21 minutes It s been over two days To make matters worse am not getting any response from customer service upon my follow up mail I feel I have been scammed UPDATEI finally got a response and refund after filing a dispute resolution with PayPal

It has been going on 2 weeks now and my phone has not been unlocked nor have I heard anything back from anyone after writing numerous of emails I would suggest another site because these people just took my money

Should I be worried Found this site after ordering Sent an email question about how to and then ordered an unlock for my Nokia No reply to email after two days and now worried because there is obviously a problem with these people Why else would there be so many wonderful reviews and also some showing that they have been badly scammed Like Jekyll and Hyde I trust the reviews of people who have been scammed - why else would they make it up Does this mean that the good reviews are written by the scammers If I get a good result I will make that public

Not all phones can be unlocked This I understand The issue I had was the fact that I had to open a case with PayPal to get my money back Not a great service if there is no unlock code for your phone you will likely have to pester to get your money back

I used this website 2 times both times they were unable to unlock my phone The first time they refunded my money fast so I thought why not try another phone That was almost 2 weeks ago and they haven t responded to any of my emails to give either a status update or refund Phone I tried to unlock was 2 Verizon iPhone X s

I used this service and over a month ago contacting them is terrible i cannot seem to get ahold of anyone regarding the fact i still have not recieved my refund that was allegedly completed on the 21st of april After a months long wait of no replys to what stage or progress to what was taking so long just for them not to be able to fix the phone with no explanation
