I DID NOT KNOW THAT I NEEDED TO BE

I DID NOT KNOW THAT I NEEDED TO BE CONNECTED TO MY WIFI I AM 82 YEARS OLD AND HAVE SOME TECHNICAL ABILITY HOWEVER MY ROUTER IS IN MY BASEMENT ATOP SHELVING AND NEED A SMALL LADDER TO GET TO IT A VERY EXPERT PATIENT AND KIND LADY HELPED ME GET CONNECTED BUT I HAD TO GO UP AND DOWN STAIRS SEVERAL TIMES TO DO SO IT MUST HAVE TAKEN AN HOUR ALTHOUGH I APPRECIATE THE OFFER OF 2 MONTHS OFF MY MONTHLY PAYMENT I DO FEEL SOMEONE SHOULD COME TO ONES HOME TO HELP WITH SUCH A TECHNICAL ISSUE

Customer service has been outstanding

Customer service has been outstanding both for talking me through first time installations and also the monitoring service In the past several years we have experienced a couple of alarms going off the simply safe monitoring personnel called us within seconds police and once the fire department were dispatched and on site within minutes What a relife when you are on the othefr side of the country on vacation Simple safe base station and sensors have performed flawlessly

Door lock

Ordered lock after several days of waiting arrived and installed but defective Would not add to keypad called support but still wouldn t work Had to wait for replacement Update I finally got the door lock to work removed battery s and reinstalled now every thing working great even ordered a second lock installed with no problem

Have been using SimpliSafe for a year

Have been using SimpliSafe for a year and a half I replaced an older wired system with the SimpliSafe environment The monthly re-occurring cost were dramatically less than the previous system and more important the SimpliSafe system is easier to monitory and configure After a year use I added Smoke Detectors and CO detectors to my system The systems has been working great since it has been installed I love the Door Lock and Doorbell Camera as well

The system does what it is supposed to

The system does what it is supposed to do It was simple to set up

Installation was easy

Installation was easy Had difficulty with the base station internet connection Called the help desk and received outstanding service The call center person stayed with us for over an hour troubleshooting and did not signoff until the entire system was 100 operational No problems since Very happy with the system and the very best customer support

Intruder protection and water leak alerts

I ordered SimpliSafe because I am concerned about possible water leak from older water heater and it will notify me if this happens Of course also for intruder protection So far all is working great I did accidently set off my alarm and the response was immediate Myself and my second received alerts right away I am very happy with this system

We love our SimpliSafe system

We love our SimpliSafe system We feel much more secure living in the suburbs of Chicago and don t worry nearly as much We ve accidentally set the alarm off twice now but they call and check in to see if we need police or if it was us They re very kind and helpful and completely understand our occasional user error I highly recommend this system to everyone
