I love this security company I have had this security system for 9 years now and every time I move states I make sure they can be used in my new home Never had issues

I have been with company for years I have never had a major issue and if I did they was always there to help and fix it There customers service to me is number 1 I have yet to find a rep that was not understanding or helpful I will be with them for a long time to come

Frontpoint service is top of the line I ve had the Frontpoint system installed for years with worry- and trouble-free monthly service The customer support has been nothing less than excellent

I ve had this company for over 2 years

I ve had this company for over 2 years and have never had any issues My mother in law came over once when we were gone and forgot the code Police showed up all was good system worked like it should Only complaint is is the monthly service free could be a tad cheaper but if it works I m not really complaining

We have been Frontpoint members for at least one decade now Our equipment is older but has held up well It s easy enough to upgrade and add bells and whistles when we want Our monitoring when we ve needed it has been very responsive I like the phone app in case I ve left the house and forgot to set the alarm It s nice to be able to disarm it via app if we re carrying in a bunch of groceries instead of having to rush in and disarm it Overall happy with customer service No system is perfect and meets all desires We ve been with Rollins and ADT in the past Frontpoint has them beat Frontpoint2022Sweepstakes

Whenever I call support for assistance

Whenever I call support for assistance the support tech is always helpful knowledgeable and patient Ensuring that I understand what needs to be done with the new equipment And patiently walks me through the steps in setting up new sensor or replacing the battery on control panel

I can truly say that Frontpoint took very good care of me during the installation of my equipment The phone assistance and written instructions were very easy to follow The care customer service and equipment were the highlight of my experience I love the equipment which appears to be spot on in securing my home I highly recommend Frontpoint Security
