Received an answerphone message from a guy named Doug on a SUNDAY morning asking me to call back despite me already receiving 2 phone calls prior to which I asked to contact them when my situation improved Admittedly I called back a bit p d off and spoke to a lady who was very polite and apologetic She explained that no notes had been put on the system great Probably won t use in the future
