Paid extra amount for express delivery and it is now almost 30 days I still not receive my order

This company generally makes great products but the service they provide via email and Instagram is absolutely atrocious it is probably a good thing they are an online only business because if they had a shop front with the lack of customer service they provide it would be empty They send out a defective product which took 28 days to arrive the power button has fallen out of the case so i did the right thing and just purchased a new one as i know some times things can get damaged in transit all i asked is if they could send it via express post so i did not have to wait another 20 days for it to arrive even offered to pay extra for the postage but nope they would not attempt to go the extra mile for a return customer who has purchased 6 products from them now This purchase will be my last Customer service is a big part of my purchase decisions so even if the product is great there are other great products out there i can find if you want to be rude to your customers you will loose them

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE previously wrote a review about smplymdrn where I listed why I believe it to be a 3 star worthy brand where I mentioned extremely slow delivery and poor images on site to be reasons for lower rating however after this I have seen my product finally arrive much later than the said 7-14 days which I was also charged 15 for and on-top of which have now been dealt the blow of the completely wrong screen protector being sent with my phone I have emailed the company about this and also tried reach them through phone call but been blown off many times they have been quite clearly ignoring my phone number and email address since the problems I brought to them and have not once replied to ensure me this was a one off so I am taking this as their business as a whole an extremely poorly run lazy company with no self value or morals which has not a single care about the customers it serves I have been left extremely vexed by this ridiculous company do not make the same mistake as me and buy from this disgrace

Took so long to deliver the phone case About case normal quality hard case but it doesn t have a frame for camera So it s not going to protect your camera if you drop your phone

Definitely did not get the case I ordered and want the case I did order cause this type of this is very frustrating especially when they have good reviews Seems like someone there can t do a job right Not a very happy customer

Almost 1 month already paid and NO news about my order And they always say the SAME thing over and over next week will be ready DONT BUY FROM THIS STORE If they dont ship my case next week I ll search for my rights

like i wrote in the email i love your products but this screen protector was the was dumbest thing first it kept changing the phones i have the 12 pro max and it kept changing to the 13 after i thought i solved it a full week passed by after receiving the item i notice asoon i tried to apply it that it was for the 13 now the glue looks ugly because i tried applying it realizing it was the wrong one and theres not extra to atleast correct the messed up glue

I ordered 2 phone cases on May to Qatar And they sent me a shipping confirmation on 17th of May As of 28 06 2022 I havent received my package I contacted with the local post office here and they dont have any update I could not issue and inquiry to USPS becasue they dont accept it from outside US So I mailed couple of times to this company customer service but they dont care anything I requested a reimbursement they ignored I requested them to send USPS a mail and still they dont care at all I think they act like stupid to not take any resposibility after they shipped the orders

Worst customer service ever The case I ordered and paid for was delivered to the wrong address When I contacted the company about the issue they told me they were not liable So I m out a case and the money DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS DISGRACEFUL COMPANY Just sad that s how they treat customers
