Customer Service is absolutely

Customer Service is absolutely horrible I just want help with maintaining the color on the tips of my nails and yes I tip my nails with the base and topcoat and warm the liquids first and also need help with removal Every time I give it another chance it takes me over an hour trying to remove all the product with their express remover and still can t get it all off I ve spent a ridiculous amount of money on the system that I d love to use but can t They answered me once on their live chat but live chat hasn t been available since then and my email has gone unanswered I ve tried posting questions on their Facebook page with the hopes of other customers giving me tips but they need to approve the post first My posts have always been positive saying I love the colors but I am new and does anyone have any advice to give me and they will not allow the post I am tired of having poor customer service when we spent our hard earned money on products that they won t back up

Buyers beware

Seriously suggest you think carefully before ordering anything from this company as I can speak from experience when I say there is no customer service and they do not like issuing refunds even after you jump through their hoops to get your money back They have now had the goods I returned for 3 weeks which I have signed for confirmation of but they still haven t refunded my money and there only seems to be contact through 1 person on email who is doing everything possible to avoid refunding me despite my consumer rights having been breached Dispute lodged but buyers beware

Unethical Damaging

I originally was excited to try this product as I had seen lots of advertisements on Facebook for it and as someone who has used gel for many years with no problems liked the idea of how quick easy it looked - and apparently non toxic I used it for about 5 months and saw a massive deterioration in my nail quality I tried to ask questions on their FB collective page but my questions were never allowed I very soon realised that their censorship only allowed positive posts I was so upset by this that I started a Facebook page called Mineral Powder for Nails - Advice Tips This group had been active for about 4 months and had amassed over 1 4k members everyone discussing all sorts of mineral powders and applications including different brands and many varying topics were discussed I never knew when I started it that there had been many other groups set up to discuss theses things and that had been shut down by FB at the behest of Sistaco Well last night this group too was shut down for supposed infringment issues No warning no explanation nothing gone A wonderfully supportive community of people discussing something we all love - doing beautiful nails Lots of members on this group love Sistaco and had a lot of success with it but It became very clear very soon that the group was a place that people could come to and honestly share their experiences with this method and company and it became clear that all is not positive and sunny with the collective or products as they would have you know nails lifting from nail beds allergic reactions thinning peeling painful nails skin issues and draconian censorship removal from their group private emails being contacted by the owner privacy invasion and all manner of controlling and censoring behaviour that I am truly astounded at This is multi-level marketing from a massive corporation that gives the impression of it being a small Australian women lead company - This is not true I so wanted to love these products but seeing the horrific life-changing damage that some users have experienced after a relatively short time of using one has to question what s going on here what is in these products Where are the Safety Data Sheets And why does sistaco have such a massive control about what is said about them online Offering free products for positive reviews All I would say is buyer beware If there s truly nothing wrong with this product why are you shutting down all of the Facebook groups that can openly discuss the products Facebook should be ashamed of allowing a company to have such censorship on social media - The little person has no way of getting their voice heard against a big company like this

I m really sad to be writing this but I don t know how else to contact this company I haven t yet had the pleasure of trying the products as my order was messed up I ordered on 5th December Only part of my order arrived and it s been impossible to contact the customer services via email or socials No reply to my concern I ve spent 115 and can t use anything My customer order number is Order UK83373 I just want this sorted so I can try the products

Would NOT recommend

Would NOT recommend They did not fulfill my whole order When I reached out they emailed me a coupon code for my next order but they did NOT send me what was promised I m very disappointed in how this was handled Especially after I spent over 100 on products The products did not apply well without an applicator that was missing from the order Would not recommend It s disappointing that they would not fix something that was their error

VERY bad customer service in uk

Great products but VERY bad customer service Ordered on 5th December pedestal arrived cross threaded Tried to contact by phone number on website but constantly just cuts you off chat on website doesn t ever work emailed and got a response asking for a video of the product sent by return and absolutely nothing since Tried messenger on Facebook and told to email them Messaed back several times and no response Have now taken this up with Paypal for a refund Here s hoping Company lets themselves and customers down badly I see other bad customer reviews on here too very frustrating indeed Fortunately you can ask Paypal or your credit card company to help with this if you paid by these methods

Shocking customer service and censorship

The product itself is good but their business practice is a shady as They try and buy good reviews They ve shut down previous Trustpilot reviews because they got unfavourable replies There are draconian rules on their Facebook collective where people are prevented from talking about any issues that are having It has caused serious damage to some of my friends nails The customer service can be shocking Often if they make a mistake with an order like if they don t include an item you ve paid for they won t ever admit their mistake and just send you out their missing item They will just send you a voucher code to be able to add the missing item to your next order therefore practically forcing you to spend MORE money with them to fix their own error They have unfairly and unjustly closed down Facebook groups that talk about all sorts of different mail systems and techniques accusing them of selling counterfeit product which is just untrue and ludicrous Their censorship is mind blowing and it s a shame revise the powders are actually really good They just lie about how way they system is to remove and don t want any mention anywhere of the damage it causes to some people s nails I m lucky mine have been fine other s not so much If you do buyfrom then don t expect them to correct any mistakes without a fight and don t expect to be able to discuss any issues openly on their forum That all has to be hidden away

Appalling customer service

Firstly I must say that I love this product and since February of this year have spent an awful lot of money and have been a big part of Sistaco Collective Leaving nothing but praise But After contracting a very bad nail infection that I did not put down to Sistaco product I returned 2 parcels which were unopened for a full refund After following their returns policy to the letter it took numerous emails and attempted phone calls to a number in the UK that doesn t work to get my money back 9 weeks after they had received the goods and after having to get PayPal and Clearpay to intervene I finally received my refund I m afraid the excuse of being busy and the depot being new in the UK does not wash Therefore due to the appalling customer service I have left a one star rating where as previously I had left 5 stars in relation to the product

Bad Company

Did not receive some of items I ordered and was charged for missing items even though Sistaco sent cuter email stating some of the items ma be missing they were missing When queried with company I did not get offer of the refund or replacement of missing items Will take this further up with Ombudsman as I am a Carer for my elderly mother This company should be shamed for not refunding my money for the extra items I ordered outwith the bundle DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AS YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE ANY REFUNDS Bina Patel

Awful company greedy dismissive and despotic

Honestly the powders are nice but the company itself stinks They censor every post on their Facebook group nothing negative is allowed Lots of people have problems with this system but they won t engage with those people and they get other FB groups closed down with BS claims of counterfeit products Just so so greedy and dishonest
