No customer care

Zero contact from sistaco after over 5 attempts UPDATE I used the contact us option yet again and emailed yet again also tried calling and no answer Pathetic They quote 24 7 priority supprt and fast shipping what a joke I just wanted to cancel my order and be refunded it really shouldn t be this painful Very weak responses to those who they bother replying to on here

Really wanted this to work loved the idea but no matter what I did double base coat double top coat one nail at a time you name it I ve done it it doesn t last any longer than a normal nail varnish So disappointed The best thing about this product is the pretty pots

There is a disclaimer in their brochure saying it could cause separation from the nail from the nail beds Also the brochure said the nails become flexible because it holds the moisture in This sounds like a breeding ground for fungus Being a hairdresser my hands are in water all the time so this I can t risk using it If I had known from the beginning of never have bought it Other people have had fungal infections on Reddit from this product Others said it peels off right away Others say it goes on splotchy There customer service refuses to help They scrub all negative reviews off of Facebook The colors don t look the same as the picture either Don t waste your money on this unsafe product Update Despite Sistaco response to me on trust pilot They did nothing for me except explain that all other nail systems have this same problem which is ridiculous No return or refund granted

Appalling customer service Promised over and over to send a purchased 75 delux set Over 20 emails back and forth with no result Still never received Avoid like the plague

Company is very shoddy

Company is very shoddy will gag any comment which does not say the product is fenomenal The product itself is not bad and they have pretty colours but you get no real support by Sistaco and when you post on their heavily monitored group 90 of the time your post gets deleted There is another group called Sparkly Nails where I can finally get some answers

I ll admit - I initially got caught up with the hype and spent 400 in the first month The colours really are fabulous and the system is really simple to apply BUT after 6 weeks of use my nails are so weak and painful The customer service is questionable - I received two broken brushes in one order - I contacted them and I received a voucher for two more that I could add to my next order which meant I had to pay for postage again to receive the brushes I d ordered The Facebook page is heavily censored they delete any comment that doesn t show the products in a positive light - I tried to ask about my weak nails and it was deleted I ve now been blocked The removal process is ridiculous - I think it s the Express Remover that s damaged my nails - you need to use so much to get rid of the powder and it stings if you get any on your skin it does say to not allow any get in contact with skin but surely stinging isn t good Be very careful it might be okay for sporadic use but honestly my nails are so so painful and weak now - I wish I could could add a video - they are so bendy I ve had to cut them super short to stop them ripping

I received a product I don t want and they are being very slow at returning any communication I ve been told you can t return products as its a hygiene product but this specific item isn t its the magnifier I think companies have to have a returns policy Not impressed Love the product itself but feel I ve been let down as a customer so won t be buying anything else

Don t be fooled by all the great product reviews and comments Their Facebook site is highly censored and won t let anything even remotely negative through They also offered all their customers a free colour if they wrote a positive product review on here You will not get the full picture on their page or on product review Their Top coat chips Removal is just as hard as any nail system Their postage takes about a month and their customer service is disgusting Due to their terrible business tactics I will not buy another product from these people If your looking for uncensored reviews find the Facebook page mineral powder for nails - tips tricks

An Honest Review Refuse to help

An order went through twice for some reason and they are refusing to stop it being delivered I contacted them within hours not even days Their excuse As much as we want to accommodate your request Sistaco orders are automated going to warehouse immediately Unfortunately no modifications cancellations can be made to an order once it has been placed

NO NO NO NO NO

For a non toxic product it sure has ruined my nails I can no longer wear any of their products without reacting due to the Chinese created acrylates No MSDS will ever be provided Customer service is the most frustrating of a company in the history of companies That s because there isn t any They answer a question with a question so much so that you get totally frustrated and give up which is the company s plan so they don t have to acknowledge anything negative Anything remotely negative is deleted or won t even get posted and when you post a negative review you are removed from their Facebook page where only gushing and squeaks of illicit happiness are allowed Can t even ask a decent question without being censored - well up until they banned you that is I give the product a zero out of 5 because the practices are disgusting the reactions to the product are very real and completely ignored it s always the customers fault Staff moral is low and they say that the supply of coffee is a perk of the job Sadly they also say all aspects of the job are automated so don t acknowledge they even have staff I will never ever buy anything from this company or any of its affiliates ever again They ve even been getting my marketplace ads removed to stop me selling it
