Still not convinced

I have had this product for a while now but still struggling to get a good application I ve tried all the tips and hints but find the powder method messy and unpredictable I have had some reasonably good applications but not many and find using liquid gel colours works better for me Yes it s cheaper than going to a professional but it s not cheap On the Sistaco Facebook group it s clear people are spending huge amounts of money ordering all of the colours and accessories So I don t plan to invest any further in this product for now I will return to using what I have from time to time

I ll update when I get the actual product It s a Co uk website but its Australia so just be warned it takes a while Its not their fault as such that post is slow but probably being clearer about postage times at checkout would be helpful Especially at this time of year

I have made my first order and am

I have made my first order and am extremely excited to get started when it arrives I have joined the Facebook sistaco page which seems to have an amazing community of women sharing how easy and addictive this system is HOWEVER dare to make a comment that is in any way negative about your experience and it gets removed by admin That makes me a little suspicious-good companies take good AND bad reviews and use better customer service than this to deal with problems people may be experiencing From all the reviews I fully expect to fall in love with this system and be a repeat customer however this just concerns me a little

Company controls the feedback

I feel they are biased I loved the product but had issues with removal and was damaging nails I tried to post in their support community and they refuse to allow the post I even took responsibility for using remover wrong but wanted advise from others who may have had similar issues I wanted to know how long it took them to get healthy nails again But they won t allow anything they deem as a threat to their greatness Because they are like this I have seen so many horrible reviews based solely on the inability to get help from other users It s wrong and drops my opinion of the company as a whole I recommend starting small with purchases or even buying from eBay first Don t give them so much of your money until you are happy with them My nails are in a horrible state and I don t know if it s the product or my own mistake because I can t speak to others who had similar issues So all I can say is that you may end up with problems and a lot of wasted money

I ve tried to find a way to get an answer but no luck so I m using this site Is this product really supposed to be easy to apply and last Firstly I applied basecoat as per instructions then the colour which was very difficult with the sponge applicator powder went all over my fingers when I tried to brush off as per instructions it came off my nails as well I then tried very hard to apply the top coat which was extremely difficult the colour was coming off onto the brush so I ended up with a patchy finish and worse still the top coat remained sticky fro hours and looked awful i then had an awful time trying to remove from my nails i thought this was supposed to be easy and look professional as per your claims and claims of other users I ve quite frankly appplied gel and shalack nails that have been much easier I would very much appreciate anyone s thoughts and help on this as I feel like I ve wasted my money atm Thanks in advance

Dislike 17 days for your order to deliver No applicator included Apparently you must pay extra for the very part needed to apply the product No easier than any other gel nail application but way more expensive AND the most annoying they block any negative opinions on all FB and report it goes against community standards Plus colors are pretty and fairly easy to do Will not buy again

Not as easy to use as I d like The powder that gets on your fingers is not easy to remove and the lamp comes without directions Also the sponge applicators disintegrate after cleaning They come with no instructions for cleaning I ve tried soap and water alcohol and acetone Nothing worked without disintegrating the sponge What s the fix for this

I purchased a system for around 120

I purchased a system for around 120 about three weeks ago I joined their Facebook group to learn more about it and was excited to get my system When I wrote a post about it seemingly is a long time to receive your order I noticed that I was no longer receiving post in my nose feed and I don t believe it was posted on their site either my system is gotten here and I have done my first application and was going to post a picture and that is when I realized I was removed Too bad they were going to get a decent comment from me but I do not approve of just posting all positive and no negative on their Facebook page

Mixed feelings

I initially liked the longevity of the colour on the nails but getting it to last the two weeks takes practice and a bit of luck The system is fairly easy to use with paler colours Darker ones need a lot more practice and I have found some classic range colours stain your nails I have had issues recently with the colour just peeling off my nails and as far as I can see I have done nothing different Hoping to get some help from the company Unfortunately they fully moderate their Facebook group so only positive posts are authorised Most negative or semi negative comments on posts will be removed so it s hard to get a true picture of customer views It makes it hard to ask for help on something like the peeling I have experienced Lots of people say how the system has helped their nail health My nails are paper think and split down the sides since I have been using the system Not too dissimilar to what would happen if I went to a salon Again not sure if it is something I am doing wrong as any post I put on FB about it was not authorised The company just told me I could use a nail strengthener under the product which hasn t really helped to be honest I find it a bit tricky not to get the colour down the sides of my nails and again if you do this darker colours stain the sides So I am mixed The colours are lovely and it s fun to use but I would say it takes practice to get it looking good it won t look exactly like Salon gels and only use it occasionally to avoid damaging your nails
