The product is ok but removal is almost impossible I ve followed their instructions but it takes at least an hour What annoys me most is that they decline or delete any negative comment from their Facebook page They should have confidence in their product to allow this I ve set up a new Facebook page where you can be honest with your thoughts They also commit mail fraud On my parcel they declared it was a gift worth 15 It was not a gift and the value was 125

Poor customer service lets down company

Loved the system and spend a fortune on powders The pots are all filled with differing weights of powders which I am aware of However one of the pots has barely a sprinkle of powder in it I assume end of run Reached out to customer service numerous times and just keep getting automated condescending replies they are filled by weight not volume using sparingly and you will get 20 manis per pot Lucky if I could cover 2 nails with what was in the pot for 14 Very disappointed

Customer service is not good

Order dispatched to UK in a bag that was too tight around the boxes bag had split on arrival and items were missing After a week of sending photos and discussions they offered me a discount code for the missing items this means I have to place another order to receive said missing items I don t think so Customer service is not great now I have paid for items I will not receive Lesson learned advice is do not order from this company

Took over 7 weeks to arrive difficulties setting and product peels off easily

Product took over 7 weeks to arrive so missed the Christmas period which I had chosen the colours for Although fairly easy to apply The instructions say to only apply one base powder and top coat yet this doesn t go anywhere near covering the ridges when using tips Also even when applying thin layers I found that the product didn t set well despite following instructions and ended up smudging on the top layer and peeling off in parts Due to this I am not confident that applying multiple layers to cover over the tips would improve the situation given the difficulties encountered setting thin layers

Read terms carefully Many times with something like this the company will stand behind their product enough to offer 30 day guarantee but not these folks Once you purchase you better like it because there s no way they ll take them back if you don t care for it

Less than impressed with removal of Sistaco product

I purchased a Sistaco set and although the product was easy to put on taking it off was extremely problematic So much so I wrote a post on their facebook page which didn t get posted but an email was sent to me outlining how to remove the product As a trained manicurist I am more than able to follow instructions for new products and didn t see the need to send a video of me attempting to remove the product as they requested Instead I used another brand base and top coat with the Sistaco powders and removal was as easy as it should be using acetone and in less than 10 minutes Their express removal product is rubbish Even with acetone I am not impressed with the difficulties experienced using Sistaco base and top coat

Great until nail damage starts showing

Started off great as the system is easy to use and there is an amazing selection of colours However after approximately 2 months of use changing colour approx once a week my nails began to peel and became soft and very damaged Stopped using entirely and cut my nails short and in 3 months the damage is almost grown out I had ordered several times in the first few weeks and spent nearly 1K on product I can no longer use Very costly lesson

Absolutely LOVE being able to do shiny metallic looking nails Also the sustainable nails are fab easy to use and durable Addendum to previous review whilst the system itself is fabulous be careful They claim not to be subscription based service buuuuuut will automatically upgrade your order and charge you for things you didn t order after placing a legitimate order and then offer platitudes of sorry without actually making any efforts towards cancellation of your upgrade nor refund of the purchase Flagged within minutes of the upgrade email only to be told it s packed and shipped already Check your PayPal and make sure they aren t set up as an automatic payment aka subscription service and shut that down the second they try to do itVoucher No I was not offered a voucher Yes I have received the unordered pedestal and it is on its way back to the return address provided at my own cost Again really like the powders and colours but this hasn t been a wholly enjoyable experience thus far Trust and goodwill do count for something which seems to be lacking in this business I love to support local happy to promote a great Aussie biz but expect the Aussie biz to support its local supporters Don t need a voucher just a yes we messed up our bad not a it s not our fault we don t do the thing that 100 we did to you Bring on the sorry we messed up and you have me back on side but here we are right now

I have many colours and have been using

I have many colours and have been using the product for well over a year My first bad experience was my first order got delivered to the wrong address which was not Sistaco s fault but when I asked them about it their answer was dismissive and that I did not look hard enough for a package at my house In general I have been very happy with the colours I have but I am very disappointed with the colour Sangria The have it listed as a red but in fact it a redish brown no where near the colour shown in the pic They told me that their photographs are professionally taken and may not match the colour I understand that there may be some discrepancies but not even close to the colour I would post a pic but I was so upset with the colour that I had to take it off and do another colour so I will up date with a pic when I try to use that colour again Also they are very controlling on Facebook about what posts are on their Facebook page there is no negative review which isn t honest because as good as the product is its unrealistic that it will suit everyone I actually left their Facebook page because I could see there was no transparency with them The system itself I have not had a problem with it s the customer service and this one particular colour And considering how much the initial amount you need to spend to get the started you would expect better customer service
