Very long wait time but overall a positive experience

Overall a good experience The Pro player i was assigned was attentive and completed the request within 24hours The only thing that annoyed me was the wait time for start I waited over 12 hours for a Pro to be found for me while the package i bought advertised a 1-2 hour start time Other customers should keep in mind i bought a genshin package so wait times for different games probably vary Like i said overall I m pretty damn happy Staff were polite and attentive and the Pro communicated very well

Misleading advertisement Mythic Dungeons Free Leveling but we got it squared away Tried to get Feedback but a long waited response before they answered They had to make 2 diffierent orders but didn t mention that at the start Vary confusing

Bad experience made right

Edit Skycoach have since made it right within 24 hours The service is great when done properly and the people i ran with were punished Old I ran 2 specific M dungeons with their team and the second dungeon I was denied loot that dropped They just left and ghosted me my bis ring gloves dropped in HoV Did not get what i paid for

Pro players are great at getting the job done when you re working or simply can t get it done yourself with LFGs Sherpas and Self play are great options too I have had problems were orders were slow to complete yet even with stressful situations be that Bungie servers glitches or some support in the end I have always had the order completed

Account banned after purchase

I had thoughts about buying the GTA Money package After a quick talk with the customer service the agent told me that it is totally safe I have screenshots of this convo So I went on and ordered it The order was fulfilled I got the money and then the nightmare began My account was banned I am talking now 2 weeks with the customer service and the only answer to my mails is that they forward my requests that they are searching for a solution As a paying customer and as customer service representative myself I work for a big telecommunication Company that is not how you make up for a mistake that your company does I don t know if it was the PROs fault or not but you have to find a solution for your paying customers P S my request to get my money back was never even mentioned in any of the answers I got UPDATE 02 12 23 After my Review the Managment contacted me and offered me a solution with which I am pleased
