Edit from 1 star to 3-3 Chat support-5 for not getting a refund 3 30 cashback 3 PRO starting my oder and finishing it slow but safe i guess After odering a Basic Power leveling service for WOW Classic HC i waited for a PRO to get assigned to my order Went to bed and the next morning i asked them how long it will take for them to get started i was told 1-3 hours During they day i have talked with support When i tried to figurere out where in the queue i was support keeps coming with excuses and saying there will be a PRO available soon Express oders will come in front of your Basic order so technically you can wait for ever if there are more Express orders then PRO people When asking for a Refund they just ignore you and come with responses like this Sir HC orders are not the easiest to give away We are doing our best in searching and we will complete your order as soon as possible In the end support gave me the email to the financial department where i could ask for a refund Did that but never got a replay And then out of the blue a PRO arrived to my oder and the leveling began Got a 30 cashback to my account as a sign of apology for this situation and a lot of apologizing for the bad experience that i had It is not the fastest service So i will not recommend that you hand over your main account 3 days later the Pro delivered the leveling service 1-23 and he did a great job in-game playtime 1day and 14min If you don t like to wait then safe your self from headache and don t use there service

A better service from before I asked for a raid

A different experience of service I asked for a raid weapon and it takes over 20hrs and I m still waiting to get it done I m going to get my refund and go eles where the support chat is very slow takes ages for a reply I don t think there is an manger in charge that can help u this is just sad as I had high hopes for them looking at there great prices I would recommend go eles where unless u want to wait hours or even days for Ur orders to get picked up by the team My review will stay here till I get my refund or my order completed Update I also had my refund sent to me from my old order I had a better response from the mangers and showed me that they can help when u need it They get the order done when they can I wish there was a faster response for the orders but I think that s down to finding a pro for Ur order in all a good experience I should be back

Legit service but Prepare to be banned

Edit to review Its a very legit and fast service so you will get what you pay for but even with selecting VPN and providing location and such my account was banned shortly after services were rendered Can t say I ll ever use a service like this again and risk it

Took 3 days to complete order Pro did not communicate when getting on or off account or respond when asked Update Customer service contacted me and made efforts to improve my experience They awarded another service free of charge and it was conducted in record time Its a shame that the service fulfillment varies so much but the willingness of the of customer service staff to try to fix it is admirable 1 star upgraded

Seems they are selling gold they don t have in stock it s been 24 hours now and still I haven t received my order If you read this I would recommend using another site I only chose them because I could use paypal Might update if they actually complete the order Edit after some back and forth with support my order was completed So 3 stars as the time facter was really the only issue here
