Bad pros worse customer service

They are a hard to reach company with too few staff They accept too many requests and the pros can t complete them in reasonable times What s worse is they tell you there are responsive pros who will help with your every question but that s not the case They don t even speak English well enough to answer your questions correctly Customer service has no way to enforce anything as it s all satellite offices and people working from home You can contact m customer service about a pro not responding and the best they can do is message them also and ask It s a terrible system with really poor communicationI updated my score from 1 to 2 stars at the request of the company They wanted me to make it 5 stars and offered me services for free to do that I appreciate that offer but the review is correct They are terrible communicators and they claim to be fast and communicative I only found that to be true after I wrote my negative review The admins messaged me at least 10 times about my review not reflecting the service I received simply because they completed my order They did what was asked of them over the weekend but made the whole process stressful and annoying by not answering my questions at all in most cases or getting a short response that doesn t answer my question a few hours later In short the service will complete your order just don t expect it quickly or to have a line of communication about the order while it s in progress

Waste of money

Good service However buying a boost will leave you without any gear for the lvl In my case I bought a boost from 27-50 I was left with the gear I had and an inventory with yellow gear for lvl 80 Having to grind gear for the present lvl - left me wondering Did I just waste my money The boost lasted less than an hour A couple of dungeons I was told 33 euro I m not doing that again UPDATE Forget about that they apologize and offer you some kind of dialog I did what they asked and got no reply

Don t put yourself through it Not a reliable service

The communication and customer service of the experience is stressful The pros clearly have too many customers at one time and so quality service lack but so does communication and timescales of the service Customer services answer the questions they want to whenever they want rather than providing appropriate responses Additionally there is no money back guarantee its forced to go back through their services When asked about it they ignore the question The safety of the experience seemed fine and they actually delivered some sort of service if anyone is worrying that it s a scam it doesn t seem to be It s just very poor service didn t deliver expected results and predicted they wouldnt before even trying after taking the money then left me frustrated with communication poor timescales and no regard for the game at all Don t put yourself through it

I placed 4 orders in the last few

I placed 4 orders in the last few weeks All the orders before were completed But the communication is very lacking It seems like the pros who I had are kids who can only talk in one word sentences Except for ONE pro he was great and the promises are not maintained at all It seems like they do not take you serious at all Make sure you have multiple hours days for your transaction to be complete This was my first experience with a service like this But if they all work like this it s gonna be my last for sure situation got compensated so very appreciative of that But the facts still remain

Never Use ThisI ordered a raid for Destiny 2 at 7AM on 5 28 It is now 230PM on the 29th I still have not received the raid and am being ignored when asking for a refund I will be going to my bank to dispute the charge for failure to supply services paid for Absolutely a joke I hope they try to remove this I have screenshots of everything So please try me Edit My order number is WY6412Edit 2 I have contacted you on facebook instagram email discord and your own website and still you dont respondEdit 3 After 51 hours the order is finally done I raised the review to 2 stars As soon as my trustpilot review was put up they then worked as hard as they could to make sure my order was taken care of They added a free 8 dungeon as their way of apologizing The teams were great and professional and knew what they were doing the customer service and communication are another story

Poor recent services

The site appears to be overwhelmed with orders and it has been very difficult to get responses Leveling boosts are significantly variable in quality with some starting right away with decent communication and others taking hours to begin after assignment I ve been using this site for some time and would not recommend it while these issues continue Staff are helpful but appear overwhelmed

First time user - horrible communication

updated Takes forever for them to match you communication on timelines is not great Roughly a 4-5 hour process It worked out but i felt like i was being scammed and because of the waiting and lack of communication I ll add another star for them coming through in the end but had me sweating the entire time

Do not get the streaming option

UPDATE My review got flagged because they are claiming my experience as irrelevant I have already submitted evidence so it is back up My rating isn t even that bad because the experience with the pro themselves were pleasant but I just have issues with support ghosting me for a really really really long time Flagging reviews that contains valid criticism is very shady practice - docking one star from my original rating Original review I selected the streaming option which should be available for PC users but when I have talked to my pro who was really nice they told me there is no streaming available When I contact support for help with getting a partial refund they ghosted me I have also emailed their support support at skycoach gg but email is undelivered it says the email is invalid I tried adding their discord to message them but friend request not accepted Edit 2 got a message back a few many hours later Offering a refund in form of website credit Not original form of payment
