Worst company ever They do not and have not complete orders Never use this company for it is a scam and they take forever to respond They also give you a run around to try to not give you a refund 100 the biggest scam I have ever seen

Support will promise anything to get a sale

I asked them if I could guarantee the run within an hour and I had a 2 5 hour window to get it done They replied yes and made their sale 3 hours later they still cannot get organized False promises

The supplier is completely unreliable Communication is horrible agent fell asleep during trade for 3 hours replied then stopped responding completely Support is not helping at all just giving meaningless replies agent is working and i will notify them and nothing is progressing Support also will wait 4 hours to reply Great help DO NOT BOTHER THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND WILL NOT DELIVER I literally took the time out of my day to make this account to warn you all of the scam DO NOT use these guys

Took over 48 hours just to get a pro assigned Several times contacted about order status and was told holidays causing delays But yet nothing stated about delays when customer service rep set up order This has happened on multiple orders this past year Pro once assigned to the order startes within 4 hours and completed it in one sitting

If I could rate it 0 stars I would I ve had two back to back issues where it took over 12 hours to fulfil an order after being told before I purchased 25-30 min Then the groups didn t do everything they were required to do and all I got was an oh well from support
