Lack of update

Initially I paid for a boosting service namely Kingboost and found out the hard way that they re only a scamming site After realizing I got bamboozled I was hoping for a legitimate business that would cater to my need so I googled boosting sites and Skycoach always comes up as the first search so I looked it up and generally found out that it s a decent and respectable site providing service for over 5 years I ordered a couple of services in which one of them was fulfilled in a couple of hours but the other service that I paid for which cost 13 times more is rather taking long and it is been more than 48 hours since then and still no update about the progress I feel like it is another Kingboost incident all over again I am unsatisfied with the service I feel that it s too good to be true and I got scammed Lesson learned

We wiped several times on multiple

We wiped several times on multiple bosses and wasted alot of time The group tonight wasn t up to par with carrying or getting paid for what they do One boss we were stuck on almost an hour and I hope they reimburse us for the delay This was in Heroic ATSC Trying to carry too many people for not enough gear or high level players

Unfulfilled orders and poor support

I placed 4 orders in total 2 of which I had cancelled as they took too long to start and complete them1 took too long and the event had expired waited about 17 hours the expected wait time was 1-2hrs 2 I waited over 40 hours expected wait time 20-30 mins with no word on when I could expect it to be done On a plus side the other 2 were completed in a quick and professional manner and have no complaints about those As for the support they state they reply usually with in a few minutes usually they will reply with hi then ignore you for 20 minutes or in todays case 2 hours when asking them for a refund

Almost 20 hours waiting for a boosting service the support attends you but they don t give me a time or a date to wait it is understandable that we are celebrating the New Year but at least one time or date to wait as a minimum to know when they will start the worked

Ok experience beware

I had to modify my order for this to get done I ve had orders with amazing pros and some mediocre This order took longer to complete than expected I updated my review after logging into account The pro let items fill my postmaster This overflowed my postmaster deleting my enhancement prisms and ascendant shards Hours of my time wasted by the pro recklessly filling my postmaster with random purple crap

Pros mess up and managers clean up

Update- Finally after 3 different pros and 13 hours after ordering I had a pro start doing a completely new and different order for a more expensive item which was comped for inconveniences caused The pro service communication could use more solid tactics in relaying and receiving information as there are sections asking for specific info and Still confused on why pro still ask for information that is already provided within order details Still missing original order but was comped something else so still waiting on that will update again once more progress has been madeorder Id ZY19450I would not recommend pro id 15225

Gold delivery is advertised as a 1 hour delivery 5 hours later there is still only a seller found Support team said they have a high demand yet they do nothing to adjust the time frame because that would be bad since their direct competitors can deliver between 1-2 hours Will probally never buy here again Did order at 10 38 at 14 45 still nothing recieved Will update accordingly recieved the gold at 17 45

Possibly one of the worst services I ve ever received Took around 2 hours to find an agent to carry out the request when it was stated 15-45mins on livechat The agent then decided doing what i asked was too long winded and decided to do things a different way which ended up taking approx 10-12 hours of which i was selfplaying After the 12ish hours i decided to just tell them we were done I also noticed the Pro i was assigned on the website subcontracted the job to someone with nothing to do with Skycoach Came here as they literally badmouth my normal service provider via adverts i can indeed say Skycoach is 1000x worse

Positive Cheaper than Owboost BoostingFactory and Boosteria Negative Booster did not show up to agreed time 5-6 times during the boost Also kept me waiting for hours and hours some days Small order took multiple days Support team promised 100 refund if the problem repeated itself and it did but support team did not keep promise Conclusion Nice price Buy if price is the only thing that matters But don t trust support and also don t be in a hurry as this can take some extra time to complete EDIT 1 Have an ongoing issue with them at the moment related to an order where not everything was done by the book It has been 10 days since my complaint Every couple of days I send them a new mail with did you have time to look at this and every time I get a reply like still looking in to this sir or awating reply from department X etc EDIT 2 Changed my review from 3 stars to 2 stars due to Skycoach complained on my review to Trustpilot and wanted it taken down I ve provided Trustpilot with screenshots of my order and it seems Skycoach s demands was not met
