Support is great PROs are meh

I d give the PROs a 3 and support a 5 Pros use the word sir in chat to address people in game which obviously if reviewed is almost guaranteed ban More often than not my PRO doesn t look at order info and asks for info you were already required to fill out I ve hit a bunch of little snags with them but the worst service I ve had was with piloted purchases Just don t do them It feels like you are the very lowest priority when paying for piloted You ll get false in progress notifications and start times that take hours not 15 minutes

LE After reading my review Skycoach instantly contacted me and offered a compensation order which took place this weekend everything went smooth Initial feedback 2 StarsAfter help 4 starsSo my experience with SkyCoach started on 18 11 2023 when I ve bought 500k coins order id IC64119 Their chat support played it awesome they were answering very fast and being helpful Also the coins were delivered fast but immediately after the delivery they were seized by EA so much for the comfort and safe trading Wanted to make a complaint or at least pass some feedback and a girl from the chat support told me that SKY COACH QA team is looking into it since 19 11 2023 1 month later I am still waiting for an answer and their support team is not so helpful anymore as their answer is just bland our team is looking into it we don t have any ETA
