False Promises After reading through Trustpilot I had lots of trust in this company Sleep8 but I don t believe it any longer We ordered our stuff Arina bed and sofa to bed on 26th Jan with an expected delivery time of 2-4 weeks on 25th Feb we get to know exactly after a month that they are out of stock on the Sofa com bed and the delivery of the bed will be pushed by 14 weeks Currently sleeping on the floor and have to do so unless our friend sleep8 sends it before that sorry to say but a truly disappointing experience Hope they improve on their service - This is at Stratford center do not want to name the salesperson- who oversells their products

I have ordered Sofia bed and bed mattress looks fine Though my concern is with store customer service Sofia headboard is huge and should not fit in normal staircase Nobody in store highlight this during purchase transaction On my querying they confirmed that it will fit if I have normal staircase Their measurement leaflet is half baked On delivery day it got confirmed that there is no way to take headboard to bedroom So have to pay for additional 25 to cut the headboard and get the same into bedroom They refer to T Cs but I am yet to see any T C provided to me at point of sale or afterwards

Worst customer service I have experienced in over 30 years Did not honour their 1 year warranty for product Bought back massager 8 months ago and it stopped working Took it back and was told it looked battered which is absolutely incorrect The only person using it was me once a day

ordered and paid in store a text told me bed to be delivered between 12pm and 3pm on saturday Took all my old bed apart took all downstairs and was then contacted by phone AT TWENTY TO TWELVE that they were not going to deliver because somebody forgot to put my mattress on the van I WAS EXTREMELY UNHAPPY

Ordered face-to-face in their store I asked for them to confirm they would deliver to my chosen room on the 3rd floor and it was written in the contract I then checked again before they arranged delivery and again they checked with senior management and it was confirmed They show up super late on the day of delivery All communications were just lies The men refused to deliver on the third floor of our house as written in the contract and confirmed by their senior management They arrange a new delivery with a specialist team who are able to deliver one extra floor That s another day off work just waiting for them to deliver They have now cancelled that delivery They have now arranged a third delivery date which will be cancelled no doubt The delivery company even said the company will say anything to get a sale They will promise anything and once they have your money they just don t care

Your staff High Wycombe need to be trained up in data protection Would not complete the transaction without my email or mobile asked for their privacy policy but didn t get it Asked for zero emails and got a request to review

You promised to Deliver my bed on a date that you recommended 23rd July wait till the first of the 25th of July and still no bed went into the store you said haven t come yet so I cancelled I ve got my money back would not recommend to anyone

The company would deliver your product by two weeks delay but for a minor colour change shortly after order they charge you 30 of entire amount Their terms and conditions are written on stone as they say but they are not obliged to their own terms and conditions

I was told delivery between 2-3 days One week on my order has still not been collected for delivery and no one is replying to customer services

Not very good customer service the staff are rude and evasive if you ask for their name So basically they are happy to sell you the product but do not provide a very good customer service later
