Elsa at Bluewater was excellent and
Elsa at Bluewater was excellent and very informative and patient However it was a real shame that the other staff were not so nice Admittedly we entered the shop at 7 30pm and started looking Elsa was great and said that there was no rush when I asked her what time the shop closed At 7 40pm she said it didn t matter as we were already in the shop and she was happy to help us Literally 5 mins later the other lady interrupted us to say that if we were to make a purchase today that we needed to make a decision quickly as they were closing and that ordering was going to take a while Suddenly we felt like we were rushed into making a decision and at that point I could tell that Elsa felt very embarrassed by the rudeness of the other lady We carried on looking for another 5mins and during that time the same rude lady stood watching us and looking at her watch At that point we decided to leave and made the decision that we would return the next day The shutters were already down and had to be lifted to let us out and feeling annoyed at the way we were treated I looked at my watch and it was only 7 50pm Not even 8pm and they were closing and lost a sale All the hard work that Elsa put in giving the best service was just whipped away in 10mins and unfortunately left such a bad taste that we feel that we don t want to return A sale lost what a shame
