We enjoyed the visit to the Lakeside store which is a spacious and relaxing environment and the easy going unpressurised salesman s chat from this it was easy to make a choice and felt we were treated as valuable customers The product descriptions on the items were clear and easy to understand altogether a nice place to shop

Bed is beautiful There was a mix up in the Bluewater store when I ordered the bed They sold me a bed in a fabric that wasn t available so I had to make another visit Apart from this the bed itself is Fab The delivery guys were great quick in putting the bed together and it looks fab

Delivery date

The product is great the team is great lovely people assembled my sofa I give 4 starts because I never received a confirmation message with a time slot of delivery I even went to the store the day before to find out at what time my sofa will be delivered and they couldn t provide me with an answer All I got was that they will message me on the same day of delivery On the day I received a call from delivery driver saying it will be there in 15min So I had to rush super quickly to prepare for them coming That s the only issue I experienced Everything else was perfect

The two Tech 8 pillows are amazing

The two Tech 8 pillows are amazing even the wife who struggles loves hers The new girl serving was lovely but the guy supporting her was a little distant so I would have only taken off 1 2 a star but we can t do that
