Ordered bed from sleep8 back in August

Ordered bed from sleep8 back in August 24th at Westfield Stratford supposed to take 8 to 10 weeks just been delivered November 29th and guess what parts were missing now have to wait til Wednesday 5th December Sleep 8 customer service is very poor wrong mattress delivered had to wait another week for right one I was the one who kept ringing customer not once did customer service ring me to keep me informed of progress or lack of sorry sleep 8 only 1 star and I was reluctant to give that

Do not recommend

Mattress we got was astoundingly different from what we tried in retail store After thirty days still hasn t gotten a reply on how to exchange My back is now injured due to too much pressure over 30 days

Disgraceful delivery times

We purchased a mattress on 30th June and was given a timeframe of 4 weeks delivery time After 4 weeks chased up on various occasions and no one got back to us until we went to the store and complained We then got delivery 6 weeks later and they apologised and said we can choose a pillow free of charge as an apology and compensation We were advised that pillow would arrive within 7 days and we still waiting going 4th into when it was ordered Would we use them again NO

BAD EXPERIENCE

I had high hopes for the Sleep8 bed but I ran into a major problem during delivery There were no measurements provided for the bed s dimensions in the description which caused a huge headache trying to maneuver it up my narrow stairs I regret purchasing the Sleep8 bed The lack of clear measurements for the headboard and overall bed dimensions led to a disaster during delivery It simply wouldn t fit up my stairs and I had no idea this would be an issue This kind of information should be clearly stated before buying Because of that I have to pay 250 to fix the problem PLEASE DO NOT SIGN THE TERM AND CONDITION BEFORE YOU READ

Huge delays and matress arrived dirty

I ordered a bed and mattress on 31 August and they were scheduled to be delivered on 15 November The website mentioned delivery within15 days but when I called on day14 I was told the lead time for delivery is 8 weeks 2 months The matress arrived dirty poorly packed with the plastic being torn in many places On top of this the delivery team refused to deliver unless they had 3 men - why would they send only 2 men in the first place to carry such a heavy and bulky item I can t speak about the product I ve waited so long and really need it otherwise I would definitely return refuse delivery They market high end products but in my experience they can t deliver need to sort out their logistics

Sales person didn t even advise me

Sales person didn t even advise me was clear they didn t have much knowledge about the mattresses as I chose the worse mattress ever all the advice I was given was my friend bought that mattress and she s very happy with it very unprofessional in my eyes just thought of making a sale

Someone from Sleep8 cancelled my

Someone from Sleep8 cancelled my order I didn t talk to anyone there was no communication of any sort I am now waiting 10 days for a refund I didn t ask for and the only option for me to get the mattress I ordered is to cough up another 1300 while waiting for the refund Experience in the shop was brilliant and I can t fault it but this surprise is not a fun one I think I ll just wait for the refund and spend my money elsewhere

Very bad experience

Very bad experience They promised to deliver in 3 weeks and it took 8weeks and they delivered wrong mattress which cheaper than i bought And customer service is not even responding Such a scam

Terrible experience

Terrible experience - after waiting for over 4 weeks wrong products were delivered Called customer service and spoke to one member of the team who in my view shouldn t be in a customer service team After I made my complaint to him the offer he gave was that they can come and retrieve the other product that they already delivered quite shocking response I will never order from this firm again neither will I recommend to anyone Chris order 4274
